Postal Locations

Constantly put my mail in the wrong mailbox. My packages are missing when I get off work .their carriers are the absolute worse ! Don't pay attention to address . Their mistakes is costing me alot of money .! It's frustrating.

No mail delivery to us or our cul de sac on Monday January 3rd,

I am missing two weeks of forwarded mail. I have a confirmation number. When I inquired about the missing mail, I was told to just wait! What happened to customer service?

We are back in school and have not been getting our mail. The parking lot gates are closed when school is in session and our carrier needs to park on the street and walk to Entrance 2. Our Tuesday substitute is aware of that but we are not getting mail on other days. We are located at 4600 North Illinois Street.

We can’t seem to receive our local sale papers/ads, Kroger, Aldi, etc.. I’ve called several times about it.

My mail delivery from Mapleton Station to 46208 is terrible!!! I do not get my mail until 8:00 at night or later. And sometimes I do not get it for 2 days. Then the mail carrier has trouble stuffing it in the mailbox because there is too much. It is ridiculous and I don't know what to do about it! Susan Lawrence

The mail delivery service from the Mapleton Post Office To Saddlebrook South 46228-7014 is terrible. In late Oct and earl Nov there were 4 days we did not receive mail. Routinely our held mail requests are not delivered on time - always one or two days late. Our last held mail request was never honored nor the one for our next door neighbors. I have a confirmation number. Don’t you think that when the postman saw all the mail stacking up in the box he or she might think to check? Marsha Lawrence
