Dear Postmaster: More than a few times lately I have put mail in my box to be picked up by the delivery person and that person has put the mail in the box on top of the mail to be picked up, never took the letters going out. Yes! The flag was up when the delivery man came and than put it down. I wonder, what mail did he pick up? This has made a few things very late. I may be wrong on what the red flag means, (mail to be picked up!) Maybe you could tell them that. Thanks Diana
