In the last 2 months the last 2 retirement checks from Ohio have been lost they were sent not cashed .I filled out forms to have direct deposit and a POA from the person I was doing it for.The company said they never got them. This time I will fax them !! whats going on I took the letter and paid extra because of weight and they mailed it ..Up go the rates and its lucky it gets to its destination. What gives 3 times in a short period of time.

Person delivering the mail walked through my mulch to deliver my mail. I called to the office and they told me that they teach employees to take "shortcuts"/so they can do that. REALLY...REALLY I pay for that mulch and my outside house to look nice...who permits you to walk over instead of using the front steps just to do the job.

I received a notice that my car was parked too close to the mailbox. I parked my car as close to the neighbors car as reasonable to not be hit or damaged when they drove away. Receiving a notice about my parking is despicable. I left as much room as possible for the mail carrier to do their job. If the mail carrier cannot recognize that I have made that attempt and has the time and ability to place a non-delivery note because of my parking spot, they should not be employed in my area because they could have spent significantly less time to put the mail in the box if there even was any. I have moved my vehicle away from the neighbors box site and now I request that my mail be delivered to my current mailbox which has been removed to under the porch canopy for personal mail security and to ensure consistent mail delivery until I install a more appropriate mailbox to the side of the house. No cars associated with my property will be parked in areas that hinder USPS delivery to my property or my neighbors.

Packages were not delivered as stated, perhaps delivered to wrong address. Shows delivery on 5/16/2019 but no delivery was received.

I received an email that a delivery could not be made because they could not access my front door- unless they tried to deliver to the wrong address, there is absolutely no reason why my delivery could not be made- in fact, I received a delivery from UPS and my regular mail- my front porch is wide open and totally accessible. Someone needs to look into this.

I tried calling the # for the PO.. and for some reason, no one seems to work there. No one answers the phone. I had a package sent off from there on 12/3, with a delivery date of Thursday 12/7..this is Monday 12/10...and according to the tracking #, the last update was 12/7 still in transit , but no location..and nothing since!! Where is the package?? Do you ever answer the phone????

We would like to complain about the mail delivery man. My box mail has been "blocked" by a tree that fell down 2 weeks ago, we have been waiting for the city car to take it. During the past week we have received nothing in the mail box. Last night we remove the tree so it won't block the box mail. Today, after 1 week of not receiving any mails, we got a package with mail that should've been delivered one week ago, important mails like bills, that are past due. All this because the delivery man did not feel like getting out of his car and put the mail in the mail box. We just can't understand how can a person be so lazy to not do their job the way the have to do it.

If my mail delivery person has said and done a few strange things which make me uncomfortable, is appropriate to ask they give us another mail carrier?

You will not be able to talk with anyone. Passport hours are from 9 - 2, so you will have to take off of work , "IF" you get a hold of anybody.

Does your telephone work? I have been trying to speak to someone about mail that did not get forwarded, but no one ever answers the phone.

Postmaster called me and said I would be receiving my forwarded mail several days ago, Goshen Postmaster knows the problem exists about receiving my mail, without going into detail here, this is to inform Goshen PO I have not received ANY MAIL since Jan 5th..PLEASE answer your phone this is just not customer friendly when one cannot even talk directly to people at the PO.

I'm trying to figure out why I spend $20 every week for Premium Forwarding. Instead of 2 days, it sometimes takes 5 or 6 days. They do not answer their phone to provide a tracking number. I can get quicker service from Amazon for free!!

Horrible customer service, manger is rude, not helpful, and hung up on me. my mail got returned and marked that I no longer live there. I live in a trailer park, my mail box is only 2" high by about 10" in depth, and is directly next to the main office. I check my mail about once a week because most of my mail is paperless, but rather than walk the 5 feet to the office to ask if that person still lived there. they took all my mail and returned it and marked it in the system that I no longer lived there. I had legal papers sent back, my kids school papers returned, all without my knowledge. I understand it's my job to check my mail daily, however, after a week's time it shouldn't be taken back. I was told my the rude lady at the Goshen office that they hold it for 10 days before they return it, there is no way that happened. I check my mail every week they couldn't have waited ten days. I call and no one ever answers and with the construction in this town getting to the post office is almost impossible. I would like to hear back from someone so at least I can know for sure that I will be getting my mail from now on as the office couldn't provide me with any information or ever answer their phone. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!
