Been at same address for over 30 years (46818) and all of our regular post deliveriers are fine workers, reliable, we’ve gotten other folks mail and to many Times after 5-6 pm and like today no mail, and no mail for neighbor who gets the daily news paper. Somebody needs to bring the USPS back to totality reliable and on time like it was years ago!

Why the inconsistency in mail delivery? I’m a Journal Gazette customer and since paper is now being delivered by mail, the paper along with daily mail is consistently delivered anywhere from noon to after the evening news. Carrier should by now know the route!

I received a call from Josh concerning mail delivery issues. I have been getting other people's mail including business. This stopped for a brief time after my last call regarding this issue. I have a notice on my mail box yet it still continues. I also get two circulars every week. I called back and the call went to the 311 center. I don't know if I should call the 1-800 - 275-8777 or make another ticket. Please advise as to which number I should call and I will answer or return the call. Thank you.

1225 E California Rd, Salem Manor Apartments. Mail being delivered to another mail box. Goes in frequently. Could you inform carrier if address is not complete, missing apt #, could she put it in Robin Pegonge’s box? She is the Social worker who picks up her mail every day. That way it doesn’t go in the wrong box and get tossed in the trash. Thank you.

Mail box in front of 11028 Ridge Gap Run Fort Wayne In 46845, is about ready to fall down. Metal post holding up 12 letter container box, is corroded and will not last much longer. This box is in the Oak Crossing subdivision. If you need further information you can contact [number removed]. Thank you for your help.

The subs are awful. We’ve had so many mishandling of mail. They need to slow down and earn their pay. I now have a sub that’s delivered my package to who knows where. I at least think postal service should reimburse my $75 package, so I can order again and this time I’ll just have to pay for tracking. It’s worth it to eliminate the time it takes. I call post office back and no answer, plus no voicemail. No one cares anymore. It’s become a sad careless world, where people still get paid no matter what.

I have the USPS daily notification for the mail to be delivered. I was due a rebate check from Menards on 2 separate occasions. I know that they took a photo of them both and I received neither one. Someone in the post office is a thief. I know someone got them because I checked with Menards and both had been used. It was a total of almost $100. Someone needs to do a better job of hiring honest people. I use the P.O. as little as possible due to the dishonest people working there.

We are CONSTANTLY getting other people's mail. We are expecting VERY IMPORTANT mail from Phoenix Arizona, which we are afraid may have been delivered to the wrong address. If that is the case, I will stop at NOTHING to see that our mail carrier, or the idiot as we call her...IS FIRED! AND THE POSTMASTER RIGHT ALONG WITH HER!

In the last two months I haven’t received six different bills. I have received late fees and have had to call to get them removed. This is happening to neighbors too. I have changed as many bills as possible to e-bills because of this situation. I don’t trust that I am getting all my mail and I don’t pay bills late. I hope whoever is delivering my mail understands the importance of receiving our bills so they can be paid

The regular girl is very good But the weekend and substitutes should be fired They will walk right by without picking up the out bound mail. They claim they don't have to unless they are delivering mail. B... S... I pay to have the mail sent. And the carriers cut through all of our yards walking on the path they created and right past the mail box. A quick glance would show out bound. And today, as is quite common, my package was again delivered to the wrong house. Still don't know where it is.This happens to me and my neighbors all the time. I rate these substitute carriers a 2 out of 10. They should be fired.

Every time a package gets delivered, the key never works they leave in my mail box. I have received my neighbors mail multiple times, and I have even received large packages at my door that are not even mine. I have also had neighbors come to my house delivering mail and packages that are mind that we’re delivered to them. I have called and complained about this issue many times, and it still continues. I call the 260-423-7308 number at least once every other week regarding mailing issues like I have mentioned above, and they never answer the phone. I have had to drive to the post office after receiving mail that was a certified package for a Doctor that doesn’t even live on my street, and was treated very rudely. I can’t begin to explain my frustration bc it is just poor management and laziness that this is so consistent that I have to call and complain regarding issues mentioned above at least once a month. Today I am even more frustrated because I leave for out of town and an important package I need for my trip or in the mail box and the key doesn’t even didn’t. This is poor service and these issues don’t seem to get resolved.

I just opened the lockbox and my package (plastic bag) was torn open. A 9 inch tear. The inner bag was also torn open. How and why did this happen?

This is to thank and commend the crew at the Centennial Post Office in Fort Wayne for helping me redirect my valuable packages so I could pick them up at the counter. I had mistakenly filled out the form to have only one of two packages that I needed redirected because we would be out of town. From the first person I met at the counter, through the supervisors, including the postmistress and the route carrier, all went to great length to put the packages into my hands even though it would have been easy to say, "you messed up and didn't follow directions." Here are the names, although I may have misread the spelling on one or two: Catherine, Orma L., Pat and Tracy E. Did I mention that the package wasn't just any package. It was my custom bamboo fly rod and reel shipped from Utah, arriving in perfect shape just in time for a fishing trip. Thank you for all the other packages that you deliver that a truly critical to life and happiness.
