The Winnetka, IL post office and it's employees are the most helpful and friendly people. The best! I drive from Chicago to this post office because of their staff. Thank you!

What happened to my mail carrier of years and years? I get others mail weekly. And the new carriers are rude---Are these the O Obama employees ? They appear to be illegals in many cases.

We get mail that is not ours! Almost every other day I find in my mail box letters addressed to my neighbors from neighboring streets, to previous owners, to other names... We did not get package with vitamins that we purchased online, and I wonder how much of our mail goes to wrong addresses.. It's so messed up. Looks like mail is very poorly sorted. Any advice how to deal with this would be appreciated!!

THE POST OFFFICE BOX IN FRONT OF THE OLD POST OFFICE LOCATION IN HUBBARD WOODS HAS RED LETTERS SAYING "DON'T" WRITTEN OVER THE HOURS OF PICKUP ON THE STICKER.
IF I PUT LETTERS IN THAT BOX, WILL THEY BE DELIVERED OR IS THAT BOX NO LONGER USABLE?
