My mail delivery person opens the door, puts the mail in and leaves it open. Something important could blow away. A neighbor suggested I put something sticky where it shuts in the event the person actually closes it. So I did and next day the sticky thing was laying in the street. Maybe they will get better around Xmas.

This is the WORST post office in DuPage the workers are uneducated about there jobs the supervisors are just at work for a check this post office needs to be SHUT COMPLETELY DOWN. Residents of Willowbrook do not recieve mail properly and the post office thinks its the customer fault. My family moved away cause nobdy was receiving mail for almost 2 years but this the kicker That COMED bill made it to the box monthly but cards other bills letters junk mail none of that ever hit the mailbox only that COMED bill. I have a petition with 121 names agreeing to shut Willowbrook post office DOWN. They make u select a star to add your review I give them NO STAR THEY SUCK the review not good they try not to summit yo comment steady talking is u a robot nah yall the robots

I just got a “box full” notice when I know the mail was picked up on Friday, yesterday was a holiday and my informed delivery listed nothing for Saturday when I checked the box it was EMPTY with a slip inside saw I have a mail hold. I was also outside at the time in my yard removing Christmas decorations.

Facility does not answer phone. No mail delivered to my address for two days even though informed delivery listed mail to be delivered.

The mailbox outside the building is full for the last 2 days, it looks like they didn't pick-up the mail, I stopped by them to let them know that the outside box is full and the costumer service door was closed until 10:05 AM. that office is doing a very poor service to the public even the road is to the mailbox it need to be redone for more the 2 years.

Missing mail, magazine subscriptions, credit cards and other items.

I am not receiving all of my mail. A gentleman delivered a package to my front door, with my correct name & address. This package was delivered to his house on a completely different street. I never received my Lowe's bill. Lowes's contacted me through my email with a 'gentle' reminder that I was past due. I received my DuPage water bill yesterday 8/16/22. The due date was 5 days ago. Guess who is paying the late fees. Of course no one knows how this could happen at the USPS in Willowbrook.

The US POSTAL Annex in Willowbrook,IL has a drive-up mailbox. While this is a great convenience to the public, the driveway is in horrible condition. Just as your car approaches the mailbox, you need to swerve your car to avoid a few HUGE potholes! It's in terrible condition. Honestly, I am shocked that the post office management allows this safety hazard to exist. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Received mail for a Darien resident that lives off of Woodward 13 minutes drive from me. I live in Burr Ridge. This is why I don't put mail to be delivered in my mailbox. I constantly get other people's mail or missing MINE!!!!

We put a vacation hold on our mail from July 27, 2022, resume delivery on August 10. We returned home on August9 and our mail box was crammed full of mail. It appeared that there had been no hold at all. Or, it was delivered a day early and the mail was not in good condition. The same thing happened in March, 2022. Please reply.

The drive thru mail box was overflowing with mail today, 6/15/22 at 4pm. The box time was until 5:30p. No way anyone could fit another piece of mail in there. Looking at the entries here, this seems to be an ongoing problem. Is anyone addressing this?

2nd time I've stopped to drop mail into the drive thru area and the box was so full could not keep mail from falling out. Is this box emptied on regular schedule?

I am a Darien resident that lives on 69th Street. Mail delivery has been terrible for almost a year. Ask anyone that lives on 69th Street between Clarendon Hills and Cass . Why don't we get regular mail delivery service?

Postal tracking stated that my package was delivered on 9/11 at 2:39. I don't know where it was delivered but it wasn't my home. I was cleaning my car all afternoon and no package was delivered. The annex does not answer the phone reguardless of when I call. This package was almost $100 worth of merchandise. The package was delivered to your facility on 9/11 at 8:27am. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE ?????

We are not having mail delivery of important multiple accounts to our home in Darien since January from electric bills to car payments to checks we were expecting in the mail to a wedding invitation! What is happening? No one picks up your phone at the annex.

This location never delivers packages to door. My house is a bit tricky to find and everytime delivery man refuses to deliver. They change package status to : held at USPS Willowbrook at customer request. I NEVER REQUESTED THIS. I've been at home all the time and I'm 100% sure no attempt was made to deliver. Also no note or further instructions left.

I did not receive a package that I have been waiting for today. Informed Delivery says that my Contact Lenses were delivered to my mailbox but they were not. Where are my Contacts? And why did you guys let Chanel go anyways? Chanel was amazing and she knew every person, every family and every stranger on her route!!! I NEVER EVER worried about my mail getting lost or misplaced when she was working. And now I keep getting other people's mail and they keep getting mine🤬😡.

This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with. The mail carrier is awful, he doesn't deliver packages and this is the 2nd time where I've had my package say delivered but never delivered! The employees that work there are very rude and inconsiderate and lazy and don't want to help.

This is a very important month of the year; income tax information bills for my health insurance utilities bills etc.. I have not nor has my neighbors received any mail for a week... !!!!! I reside 818 69th St. Darien, We were having great service up to now.. What is going on.?

This is a do nothing post office. They do nothing and don't deliver mail. Mail service should be done by Amazon. They woukd be efficient at lower costs. This post office told me I needed to go and pick up my mail and not deliver it. I work long hours in a hospital taking care of Covid19 patients and can't pick up my mail. So now I know they have destroyed or stolen my mail. The post office needs to be de funded. They do nothing.

This post office has very limited offerings to the public. Know that and you won't be disappointed. It just isn't meant to function like a normal post office. The only things I use it for are dropping off mail at the drive-thru post boxes, and occasionally picking up held mail. For those 2 things it works well enough. For anything else I go to Westmont or Hinsdale.

if anyone picks up the phone, they yell, refuse to give their name, hang up on you and never help you. The carriers working in and out of this facility are mostly rude too. Apple not falling far from the tree. Rules do not apply to them and there is no such thing as customer service. If I spoke to anyone, let alone a customer, like they speak to people, I would be fired or injured.

This is by far the worst of the worst...the woman who works there is completely rude and picks up the phone just to hang it up...doesn't even bother saying hello...I can't believe someone gave her a job to do NOTHING!!!

I have 2 packages that skippided my address in Aurora and is stuck at Willowbrook office I have tried calling for two days and get no answer my packages are over 3 weeks late being delivered and have been in Willowbrook all this time I do not live in Willowbrook I live at 897 symphony Dr Aurora I need my packages and its ridiculous that noone has tried contacting about my packages as if they just dump them in Willowbrook never to be heard from ,when i use tracking it just reads its both in Willowbrook since like sept.23.

I have been going to this post office for a number of years and have found the employees to be less than helpful on numerous occasions. There is one that stands head and shoulders above the others and her name is Trina Murray. Whenever I go there and she waits on me I get what I need and in a timely manner. Which I can't say for the others that work there. She is awesome at customer service and if it was up to me she would deserve a raise! Sincerely, Joe O.

I live in Willowbrook IL yesterday mail was put in my mb for someone that lives in Oak Lawn far from here. Left in mailbox for postal worker to pick up and deliver to correct address. They never picked it up what am I suppose to do with it

We have not been receiving any mail for over a week, one of our Amazon package which was supposed to be delivered on July 2nd has not been delivered and when I go to Amazon it says USPS was not able to deliver and pick up from post office, which is weird as some one is always at home

I went into the Willowbrook Annex post office over a week ago to fill out a form to get a new key to my mail box at the town home I just purchased. I was told someone would call me and I have yet to receive a call. I desperately need to get into my mail box. Can someone please assist?

I order product and it says that is been delivered two ago and it never came to my apartment! I am the only one who has key from mailbox, there is no way somebody else to pick it up from my mailbox! Did they get the packages for them self? I don't see any other explanation looking at all this bad comments below! So unprofessional!!!

This post office is the worst post office I have ever visited or talked to over the phone. The hours that they are open are not reasonable and the lady who works there is rude and unhelpful. She hung the phone up on me in the middle of my question. The staff at this location should either attend customer service training or be replaced all around with people who know how to treat customers. Such a foul group of lazy unhelpful people.

I have tried many times without success to reach Willowbrook post office. I have a regular guy that is great. (Ron for 30 something years) Every-time he is off, I have issues. I find packages left in the halls, on the floors or in the window ledge. Also, they do not deliver the flyers. Now this is mostly at 7503 and 7513 Farmingdale Dr. I have called and complained (when I can get someone to pick up a phone) and left messages to no avail. What do we need to do to fix this issue? Today I have a resident who said USPS left a package in the lobby. NEVER PUT IT IN LUXER BOXES. Why are they not using them? I had the post-master general here to approve the lockers but yet the problems continue. PLEASE, let us know how to get this fixed! I am sure if I called the people who pay you to deliver these, would not be happy they are not delivered and they PAY YOU!!! Thank you,

This annex is a joke! They lie! I took off work and waited home the whole day starring out the window and they say they fried to deliver a package I have been waiting for a week! Almost $30.00 and they don’t deliver!! I wish I shipped ups or Fed ex

Still getting mail for the previous owner of my home. It has been almost a year. I have called this PO and was assured that it would not happen. I have a laminated note in my mail box with the information and we have told the mail carrier girl not to leave mail for them either. Well, they all tell me to write, moved, please forward on the mail. Why, can't you read? NOT MY RESPOSIBLITY for the mail YOU leave. DO YOUR JOB!!! It can't be that hard. This is illegal for you to leave me someone else's mail

I’m looking for my package

Haven't had mail delivery since Monday, Jan. 28th. Snow came down and then the cold weather snap. But the past few days have been warmer and clear. Still today will be day 5 without delivery (I'm assuming they will finish out the week without delivery). What a sad entity this service has become...too soft! This would not have been the case 20 years ago.

Every business & government institution is informing the community of temporary delays or shut-downs due to the dangerously cold weather over the next day or two...EXCEPT FOR THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. No mail was delivered or picked up on Tuesday (a day BEFORE the dangerous cold), nor do I expect to see any today or tomorrow. But how hard would it be to put an "alert" about this on your website ??

My tracking number states that my package was delivered; however, I have not received it. I double checked and my address is correct on it.

We have been experiencing chronically late mail delivery for a number of weeks and some days receive no mail delivery OR pick-up at all. The next business day we will receive double the amount we would normally receive with no explanation why. Our mail carrier is fairly consistent, but whenever he is off, we have very poor service. Is the mail being held for some reason? Why do we have such light delivery when our regular carrier is off? Other businesses in the building have confirmed they are having the same issue. We are a financial service firm who requires timely and reliable mail delivery. This new development is concerning. Please advise.

my old mail man retired they built 26 new houses 200 feet from me they get there mail in the morning or early afternoon when we had the old mail man the latest we got was 300 pm saturday the mail man del two my two neigbors at 1100am he past my mail box and was del after 500pm he went right by mine i would like to take this complaint to the next level

Willowbrook postal service is the worst ever! We are a place of business and didn't receive our mail today because the regular postal employee is on vacation this week. Happens every time she goes on vacation!
