To postmaster. Spoke with you several weeks ago. Mailed letters on Dec. 13 p, 2019 at box on Wolf and German Church Rds. gave to postal employee in his hand as he had just emptied mailbox. Those pieces (3 pcs) were never received. Now I must pay late charges and utility services may be suspended. Where is that mail. Again days go by without even junk mail in my mail box. Is mail being dumped in garbage.

I see the old manager has come back and she is still as rude as she was the day she left! I will not be coming back to this post office.

As others have stated I know and have had the same terrible experience with the same postmaster many times over the years. We come to question that individuals honesty, integrity and people/customer skills and conflict resolution, which we believe are non existent. Many times we have had issues none of which they care to help or assist, they just give us the runaround .Infact the way we were treated,in front of other people was appauling We since use another facility near by. Hopefully enough people will chime in and they will listen to the point of changing the way in which they operate.

The carriers are great, but the woman that runs the place is mean, doesn't follow government regulations regarding release of packages, is impatient and generally rude. I'm formally complaining with USPS against her. I'm not the only one had problems with her.

There is a rude lady working in this location. It does not matter what I am going to do: send a package or buy stamps I always leave the place unhappy. I heard she is a postmaster. This is not only my opinion. Lots of Willow Springs people say they don't even stop by this location. They would rather go to different one where people are nice and helpful. The way she talks to customers is rude and very unpleasant. I hope she will be replaced soon with someone who comes to work to serve people not to just be there for paycheck.
