Service is sporadic at best. I have been waiting on tax documents for over a week. They should have been delivered early February. Who knows what’s else I am missing since the mail doesn’t arrive. Can I pick it up in person?

horrible service lately. get mail 2x a week now instead of 6x. can't even get a hold of anyone at post office to find out whats going on. are we now Chicago?
