I went to pick up my package 6/2/23 and there was a key in my mailbox to retrieve my package from the locker but the key was broke in half . How could this happen? So I am unable to get my package and have to wait another day . Why didn’t the postal worker see this when putting it in my mailbox. I rung the bell but it was just right after they closed for the day . I was just appalled a broken key I couldn’t do anything with it so I put it back in my mailbox. Wow !!!

I bought some merchandise from an internet seller and according to the tracking # it has been at the Westchester P.O. since the 12th of April. It is now the 23rd. Is it in transit and someone just forgot to scan it? Tracking # 9449011206207748378477 headed to Chelsea, MI

I received an H&R Block envelope today. It had a pull tab which indicates this was deliberately opened. What did they expect to find a check? Well, all it was was my program disk. It was in the envelope, but this should not have been opened and it is totally unacceptable. Thank you for your time.

Terrible carriers for the most part who refuse to pick up scheduled outgoing packages. They are rude about it as well if you tell them to pick it up as it is there job! Once you get a good carrier they disappear like magic! Call the office to ask why your scheduled outgoing packages aren't being picked up but are being scanned by the carrier as picked up and your not going to get an explanation beside "ill tell the carrier to get them today" which was the same explanation given the past 2 days you called asking!! Office workers are primarily good but the carriers are incompetent, unreliable and extremely lazy for the most part but always expect a tip and the sidewalk shoveled! Cant complete a simple task such as deliver or pick up mail but want a tip..... how typical!

There needs to be a better process for customers to get their packages from being locked inside the room instead of delivering them to the Security Desk in Tower 2. Please reformat your delivery system so customers can receive their merchandise. Is this something that can be executed considering its a government operated facility.
