The Warrenville Postal workers have always been friendly and helpful - thank you! However, we have been getting unsolicited, judgemental and somewhat threatening religious notes our mail box. These are not signed, and no organization listed, so it appears that they know that this is wrong and illegal. We have never had anything derogatory to say about any religious person, and they obviously know nothing about us, besides where our mail box is. We did have a laugh at the accusations, as we are pretty quiet people, and surely do not live the wild life that they indicate! They should read the 9th commandment! This is surely not the way to win hearts and minds and souls!! These notes have no stamps and are hand printed on white 8 1/2 x 11 paper. We were wondering if a notice could be posted in the Post Office informing residents that this is illegal.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff at this post office. They are always helpful and accommodating, even when I see them dealing with irate and rude customers. I am not sure why they have such bad reviews, as that has not been my experience, but especially with how things have been the past few years, I appreciate their superior customer service.

This is the worst post office on the planet or at least in it the running for the number one spot. Among other issues, I reported an advertisement that a business placed in my mailbox WITHOUT postage. My neighbors got these advertisements in their mailboxes too, all without postage. I talked to a disinterested clerk at the Warrenville P.O. and she could have cared less! She told me, bring it down or just throw it away. I asked if the postmaster followed up on things of this sort (lost revenue, that the lamebrain clerk didn't seem to understand) and she clearly didn't know or care. No wonder the USPS is in trouble. The Warrenville PO has ALWAYS been like this, They have rude, lazy employees who apparently feel they have a job for life and don't need to exert too much effort. The way things are looking with the USPS overall, that seems less likely than just a few years ago, i.e., having a job there forever. I will never deal with this PO branch again. They're useless and their attitude has always been very poor.

OMG!! One of the all time worst post offices I've ever been to. Snotty. Lazy. Rude. If you are looking for friendly postal customer service this is not the place for you. I drive out of my way to go to the Wheaton Post office where you at least are greeted with a smile. I don't appreciate the supervisor screaming at the top of her lungs simply because I ask a question. Is this how are tax dollars are spent? On these clowns who know they can do just about anything and get away with it. Unreal!!!

I can't believe how lazy some postal workers can be. On Mondays we have garbage pick up, The garbage cans are sometimes left in front of, or near the mailbox. Instead of getting out of the vehicle to deliver the mail, Our LAZY delivery lady thinks it's ok to run over the lids and crush them. So far I've had to buy 3 new cans because of the LAZY postal worker. I left her a note asking her to please have some respect for my property by not destroying it and she leaves me a note saying mail will not be delivered if garbage cans are present. LAZY LAZY LAZY LADY !!! On top of that, I think all postal workers need to wear uniforms and identification. They look so unprofessional it's not funny. This isn't the little town of Mayberry.
