Thank you for having great employees at Post Office. They are helpful when I’m sending something that I have never in the past. They are patient and courteous.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this post office. I sell many books on eBay and have had a total of seven lost items in the last week. They get as far as “departing post office”, and then are lost. I don’t think it is a coincidence. I am now receiving complaints from buyers, and frankly I don’t blame them.

I would like to make a complaint about the mail delivery to my house. I've noticed also, that many other people are dealing with the same problem. My mail has been bent and crammed into our small mailbox, some are important letters and other financial mail that is extremely important. Please can we fix this problem? The postal office has cost me a lot of money so far because of the mail man/woman. This has been going on ever since I've complained about it to the actual postal office. Thank you, have a nice day.

I do not wish to make a complaint; rather, I would simply like to draw attention to a concern and make a request. Today I received in an envelope a specially made birthday card. The envelope, however, had been crammed into my mailbox, permanently bending it. My request is that if my mailbox is too full to carefully place more mail into it, please leave me a note that I have mail to pick up at the post office. Thank you for your time, attention, and service.

I will call tomorrow to file a complaint. Twice this week already I have received my neighbors' mail. I am assuming my mail is being delivered to someone else or not delivered at all since I tracked a package that showed delivered two weeks ago but was never received. Do I need to remind you that theft of mail is a crime?
