My carrier on 1/12/24 just broke my fence trying to cut across my porch! On 1st St. in Southern View. That fence is there for a reason!

It’s 5:30 on Tuesday July 27 2023 and none of us in this part of the 62711 zip (Irongate subdivision) have received our mail. Problems? Holiday?

I can understand not delivering mail on Wednesday or Thursday after winter storm Landon. However, our streets are plowed and there is a clear path to our mail box. Why wasn’t mail delivered today? We have several items that are delayed that we wonder if we will ever get now, including tax related items.

My 85 year old mom, who no longer drives, depends on mail carrier to pick up her outgoing mail. She has a flag on her box, but she generally receives mail daily. However the carrier has not picked up her outgoing mail in weeks. I do visit and have been mailing for her, but why? I work full time too. She is a mail carrier widow. Joe would be ashamed.

I was wondering how come my sister got her christmas card 4 days after christmas? I mailed her card at least 4 days before christmas. She should have gotten next day. We live in spfld. Thats ridiculous. Besides being late you delivered it soaking wet. You get paid all this money for what. I know that we dont get all our mail on time either. I called substation and naturally they lie and say we'll look into all the time acting like I'm annoying them. For $ you get paid at least get competent employees. I hear everyday of people not getting packages or packages being delivered to wrong addresses. Naturally you wont take care of problems.

I have never seen a more useless outfit than the USPS except for the UPS. You people have so much bull on the phone without people answering, it tells me you don't give a damn to talk to the customers at all.

I am very angry. I bought a vehicle from a private seller. The car title was sent through the USPS. It was sent 1/29/19. I just received it today...2/25/19. Because it sat at the post office, Springfield location, and wasn't forwarded on and I or the return sender was not contacted, I ended up having to pay for a duplicate title and new plates. It cost me an extra $200. Evidently, the document didn't have sufficient postage. That is not a reason to not send it through the mail system. Those few cents cost me a lot of money. The postal system cannot be trusted.

I sent a letter to Gary Indiana on November 28th. My receipt was posted it would be received on Dec 1, 2018. They did not receive this until Dec 5, 2018. I was told it could of went to the wrong facility. Or if it was manually sorted it takes longer then going thru the sorter. SAD !!! The Postal Workers are very friendly. It's the sorters that don't care how quick your mail gets to the destination.

Your phone system is extremely frustrating. Why can't I get a real person to talk to on a general issue?

I mailed a card on Monday. It was received on Thursday with the contents removed and resealed. I’m very upset that you cannot even trust the postal service anymore. Those people make more money than most of us and then have the Audacity to steal out of other people’s mail. That is insane. And then when you try to call and put in a complaint they have you on hold for 45 minutes. Unbelievable.

Received a card today. Was mailed & postmarked in Spfld & delivered in Spfld. Both the card & envelope have been ripped & envelope has black marks. Was not in a bag with an apology or note of responsibility.

Received a package in the mail the other day. Package was empty, with a green sticker indicating that contents were not in the package and package was delivered without contents. WHAT IN TARNATION IS GOING ON?? Obviously the contents were taken out in one of the USPS branches!! Very disappointed to say the least.
