In the past 4-5 months are mail delivery is horrible. We live at 1582 Kirkwood drive in Geneva. The mail app we have shows what should be delivered. This week alone it showed a package was shown as delivered on December 6 - has not shown up and it’s not the first time. Also regular and important mail Has never been delivered. And we have mail that does not belong to us. The address is not ours. We have no clue if the mail person is showing things delivered and we’re not. Accordingly the dollar amount is approaching $75 and this is unacceptable. Please look into and reply to asap. Thank you.

The City of Geneva will be replacing the watermain on Andover Lane, Normandy Lane and Greenwich Lane this year starting sometime in May. These streets form a loop off Williamsburg Avenue. This is a route that is typically driven by the mail carriers but during the construction it will be difficult to drive up to the mail box. I would like to know who to discuss this problem with.

Attention: Postmaster Saint Charles, IL 60174 We recently experienced that the Post Office is rejecting first class mail delivered to our Post Office Box 545 labeled as “Returned to Sender” “No Such Number” and “Unable to Forward.” (See enclosed rejections.) Needless to say, we are the occupant of this Post Office Box for over 30 years paying the astronomical sum of $326 per year for the “box privilege”!!! We know these are drying times for postal employees but rejecting first class mail is unacceptable. The USPS has no problems filling our box daily with unwanted third class mail and political advertisement. For the last several months mail distribution has noticeably slowed down with stacks of boxes waiting to be dispersed. As a not-for-profit entity we depend on timely delivery of financial information. Another recent disturbing situation has been to receive stack of mails in our Box 545 from holders of mail boxes to the right, left and above of our box. In the beginning we handed the wrong mail to the postal clerks behind the counter but more recently simply dropped them back into your collection boxes. It seems there is some kind of reading skill deficiencies by the person(s) doing the mail slot distribution. Respectfully yours, Box Holder 545 Saint Charles 60174

Our mail carrier, Regina, is one of the best people I've come to know. She is remarkable, caring and works to know and help people on her mail route. She's really special.

Jimmy, at the front desk, is an inspiration and positive contributor to great customer service at the St Chs. Oak St. Post Office! Due to Coronavirus, I have to go once a week to mail things for my students and he has been very helpful every time—and even helped me with my new PO Box at the end of the day recently. Way to go, Mr. Jimmy!!

Seems the post office is getting mail out later everyday. As if the have went to sleep . Use to be delivered by 2pm and now they are getting mail to people at 5pm now. Must be nice to get paid to be slower . And this is why the email is there. And other companies are making there own deliveries.

I called the St. Charles post office today and received the worst service ever. I am going to take this up with the postmaster general. I live in Geneva, but was told that all mail comes from St. Charles. I called because I have not received a monthly pension check that was due to me on Aug 1. I was told there is nothing that can be done by a very rude woman. I will not stop at this and I will take this as far up the ranks as I need to in order for someone to investigate my issue.

I got out of the Geneva location after a few years. The Postmaster there, a guy, won't mention his name... but he a one lazy and sarcastic jerk. If you want to have your mail forwarded, plan on getting nothing for 6-8 months. I went through hell as a business owner for that amount of time, all mail from my PO box there was to be transferred to a St Charles box. He must have just thrown away all the transfer requests as not one of 6 were ever entered into their system. Every piece of mail to the Geneva PO Box was returned marked no such address, figure that out.

The Post Office in Sycamore has to be the worst in the nation for service. We have lived here 14 years and our service has been horrible when it comes to forwarding mail when we travel. It is never there fault but someone else . The latest incident is they continued forwarding mail after the date I requested and said it was probably my fault. We even tried the Priority mail service which cost us about $250 for 5 months and was supposed to get to Florida on Saturday but was normally Tuesday of the next week. A good friend that lives in Burlington (8 miles from here) lives 200 feet from me in Florida and got his Priority mail on Friday or Saturday every week????

We are not receiving our mail for the last month and a half until after 7:00 PM. We were told by our retiring former postman, that a replacement regular would soon be hired. I think it is unfair that we only have deliveries when a substitute or other personnel are free to make our delivery.

My mail in my box at my house was NOT picked up today. My incoming mail was delivered to my neighbor over a block away. She kindly sent her son with all our mail on his bike to deliver it to us!! WHY? WHY?WHY? We always discuss Mondays mail- never delivered at a decent time and sometimes not even delivered at all!! Maybe you should not work on Mondays and change to Sunday instead! Please get your acts together!

I wanted to let you know - that my fiancé and I had the best service this morning by Kevin (I didn't get his last name). We came in to apply for our passports for our honeymoon.. and although Kevin was the only one upfront he tried to help us in the mean time helping others. He was so nice, accurate and very helpful.

I posted certified mail from east side PO Feb. 26. My certified mail has not been posting tracking data. It posted Feb. 26 at the accepting facility with note is would be sent to sorting facility. There is no update that the sorting location received the mail. I have called the main STC post office and was told we would look for it and call you today or latest tomorrow (today March 2). I've tried called national customer service. I've left my name and expect them to call me (right?). This was an exceptionally important document going to Fresno, CA. USPS has missed the commitment to get the mail in 3 days and has a ineffective certified mail process. Who will help me?
