My name is Mable Joyce we live at 112 East Church Street Raleigh Il. Before we moved here from Washington state last October I called and made arrangements to have packages and any mail that looked like medications to be delivered to our door. Every thing was going along fine we do not expect  special treatment but my husband does get medications from the VA in Marion. We both are in wheelchairs and it is very dangerous for us to try and cross the highway in them to get our mail we do have a caregiver for my husband but she leaves long before we get our mail.Any way all was going well till the original carrier came back to work and she refuses to bring any thing that she can stuff and I mean stuff in our mailbox. When the mail was picked up this morning we had 2 packages 3 catalogs and letters in the box  I am sorry but if I have to take the large mail box down and put up the smallest one I can find  I will do it. We had our mail stolen from our mail box aand our neighbors found our mail torn up and throwed in the ditch.
I am not trying to be a gritch but mail carriers work for the public and if they do not like there jobs give them to someone who does want to do the work and be nice about it.  I know we get a lot of packages I shop a great deal on the internet as it impossible for me walk thru a store and I have to use a handicapped cart and very few stores around here have them.  Robert my husband is house bound and I had double knee replacemants and 1 has failed so I am in a wheelchair now which I do not like.  I know we have a vehicle it is a ford conversion van and when I get it up to the mailbox you cannot see where the traffic is coming from behind you I have almost been hit by a coal truck twice so it is very dangerous for everyone involved with that.
I am also sending a copy of this letter to the post master general. As I know nothing will be done here in Raleigh.
ALSO I DO NOT WANT ANY HATEFUL RECUPERATIONS FROM THIS LETTER  Mable Joyce

That's really unfortunate.  You can also send your complaint to one of the contacts listed at https://www.usps.com/customer-... .  Good luck!
