I never thought I would have to write a negative review about the USPS, but this local branch never fails to disappoint me with their service; especially regarding delivering of our residential mail. So many issues, but it finally came to a head when we did not receive our mail and packages for two consecutive days, 02/23/23 & 02/24/23. I am still waiting for mail service today. I filed a claim with USPS.com last evening & they will follow up on this matter. I hope we will not receive any retaliation due to this matter. We had issues with the letter carrier in the past when we had a complaint about the service. We just want our mail delivered in a timely manner.
