Not sure if he has all of PH or just select subdivisions, but the mailman for Old Westgate is such a grouch! He won't do much more than grunt at you if you try to say hello or thank you. He also makes it his mission to cram large packages into your mailbox to avoid having to walk up to your front door. He actually ruined something I ordered because he FOLDED THE POLY MAILER INTO THIRDS to make it fit into my mailbox. Like seriously?!

Today I received mail from Kohl's - marked on the front was: FOR IN-HOME DELIVERY NOVEMBER 5, 6, OR 7. One week LATE!!! Not acceptable. The coupons are valid Nov. 7 thru Nov. 15 and today is Nov. 13. I did not have them when I went to Kohl's over the past weekend. This needs to be rectified in the future. Also, every week or so, the mail in my 10 unit condo building is not sorted correctly and is put in the wrong mailbox in the foyer. Please have the carrier check the mail before inserting it in each individual mailbox. Thanks.

Every year I have the same complaint. Our mail comes very late in the day. It is bad enough in the summer but in the winter, it is a disgrace. I am waiting today and it is 6:20 at nite. It is dark and cold and quite dangerous to have to go out to the street to get my mail. As of right now, the mail has still not arrived. This is rediculous. There are occasions when the mail is not delivered. It is not a case of not getting any mail, the mail was never delivered. There must be a way to rectify this. Get a new mail carrier. Do you job.
