The person I spoke to on the telephone was very rude and would not let me talk. My package was not delivered to my address, I don’t know where my package was delivered. The person on the phone finally hung up on me in the middle of my question.

Post Master, South Oak Park: We have lived at the same address in south oak park for 47 years. We have never experienced such terrible service. Last week we and our neighbors did not receive our mail on Wednesday,Friday or Saturday! So three days of mail delivery instead or our six days. In the previous weeks, we may receive mail either three or four days delivery. This is unacceptable. Where is our wonderful mail delivery woman who came every morning? Cheerful. Delivered Priority mail first thing in the morning before regular delivery. Hid packages. "Service" is disgraceful without her. Why isn't Post Master doing her or his job?

I bought stamps at the South Station this afternoon, with my bill stamped at 2:17 PM. I was waited on by Clerk 01, my bill # 840-56000335-3-1667337-1. When I first approached her station I said that I would like to by two books of stamps and 5 international stamps. She showed me the Flower Garden booklet and the offered also the Christmas carols. I opted for one of each. My fault that I did not check my bill relying on the integrity and efficiency of the clerk, but unfortunately upon arriving home and checking my purchase, I had the correct no. of stamps but was billed twice for the Flower Garden book ($19.60). I am going overseas early morning on Oct. 25, otherwise I would bring the stamps in so you can see them. I do not know if I can be reimbursed if I stop by on Nov. 10 when I return. We all make mistakes but I believe I should pay only for the goods I actually received. You can contact me via return email.

Incredibly rude woman there. Slammed my change down on the counter as a way to get back at me for not already having the correct form filed out prior to walking up to her counter. She took enjoyment yelling out "that I get back what I put out." I'll try to update my knowledge on ALL forms provided by the post office clerks from now on, since they apparently should not be expected to relay such information to customers. Customer service is terribly upsetting at this location.
