We miss Bob. Our new mail professional is anything but that. His disposition is rude and uncompromising. After having our home vandalized and our mailbox destroyed I met are mail carrier at the curb because we didn't have a mailbox standing. In attempts to get my mail service started again, he was rude and showed zero compassion for our loss..He wouldn't even allow me to collect my mail at the end of my driveway until we could get our post re-installed. In addition, and with no proof other than never having an issue before, every single small parcel we have attempted to send via USPS from our mailbox has been damaged. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Pretty strong suspicion that it's being damaged purposely or done without care during his pick up. Needless to say we aren't comfortable sending mail or packages via our mailbox and are now forced to drop off directly at the post office. Since doing so we have had zero issues with damaged packages!
