On Friday 1/19/2024 went to the Moline post office since I had an issue with a delivery. They took my name, address and phone number and still have not heard anything back from the Supervisor they told me would call me. Very poor service.

I got informed delivery so every day what is supposed to be delivered to my house i can see. Three weeks ago i had two pieces of mail that was on my informed delivery that did not arrive and my house and on 1/12/2022 my registration for my car was on my informed delivery and it was not delivered. I had called the Moline Post office since last September to try to figure out why my mail gets lost which included a birthday card with a gift card in it. and have filed two complaints online, no answer.

Hello! I have gotten very little mail this week. I am expecting some important correspondence. Could you please give me some feedback about why our mail service is intermittent lately? Thanks for your help.

It is Jan 2022. Would be nice if the PO told the public some mail delivery routes are being skipped because of short staff. Out of 5 days only received mail 1 day.

The website is down/unavailable. We are back from vacation and just want to resume mail delivery service. There is no information about when the site will be back online. Am I going to have to go to the post office to get my mail? What will I have to do to get delivery resumed? The website gives me no answers to my questions. Hmmmmm. Guess I will have to wait til the PO opens and call...or hobble myself down there to talk to someone.

Mail carrier can't seem to delivery packages to the correct address. Andvwhen they scan it and it says delivered into mailbox, your pretty much screwed. You can't prove it wasn't your mailbox. I just had 2 pack a ges delivered to someone else, the value of the contents owas just shy of $500. I called the post office immediately when I got the notification they were delivered. They phoned the carrier, said he delivered it to the house before mine and I'd get it tomorrow which would be Saturday. Didn't get it Saturday either and can't call because they're closed. My neighbor, whom I don't really talk to,, said he didn't get it. I don't know what to do. And the carriers aren't held accountable, and they should be.

I live in Millerbrook condos in Moline. I have had Two broken ankles from falling on ice. I am a breast cancer survivor, and MaryAnn taking medicine that weakens my bones. Could I possibly get my mail delivered to my front door.

Has the post office folded? We have not received mail for roughly a week. Not even any advertising or crap mail. That has never happened in the 25 years of living here.
