What is the purpose of needing to speak to local post master to address concerns that business office has not had mail pick up regardless if there are any mail to drop off. Useless

Why don’t we have a drive up option and/or a self service option? Allowing customers to scan & drop off packages without having to wait in line? These services can be offered - this is the year 2020.
