Came in to get help contacting someone about my mail not being forwarded for almost two months now, and the supervisor (not Greg) was very dismissive and refused to help me. Yes, covid is slowing everything down, but being rude to people who were not being rude first is not okay.

So we ordered some things online, only to learn that we refused to accept it. Then it was mailed to us again and now it is undeliverable due to no access. Wtf is wrong with these people? And the USPS is wanting more money? My fiance's license is expired and doesn't have our currently address on it so they wouldn't accept it when she went to the office, they refused to let her have it, so I go there with my valid ID with our address on it and they refused to give it to me. Whats the ducking difference if I'm in their office or in my home? I wouldn't be asked for identification or be told that I'm not on the pig, they would hand me the dam pig and go on about their day. Now the pkg is hoing back to nevada to be mailed again (3rd time) Is this their way to collect enough money from the American Citizens so they have the money they are asking for? My own theory is that the pkg wasn't delivered and in order to cover their own ass, they put refesed, and then no access! We live on a main road and theres plenty of access. Go with UPS or FEDEX folks. These ducks are uneducated overpaid morons.

Beyond irritated. The Granite City, IL location had a mail person refuse to put our mail in our box due to a dog which was behind a locked screen door. The dog is not large nor aggressive. I called the office to complain and they seemingly told me it is okay to withhold mail if the person does not feel comfortable. Why are you a main delivery person if you cannot be within so many feet of a dog? No one else has had this issue delivering our mail as we have been here almost 3yrs. Now I not only feel unsafe getting expensive packages delivered, namely my medicine which comes monthly through USPS. When I called I was basically told off my the office manager. I should add I’ve been very supportive of USPS through these trying times. I have always had your back. So for this to be what happens following such an incident is very upsetting. The organization I support seems to care little about me or my issues with what they’ve done. I will continue to write this review and inform people of the incident until the matter is fixed. I should not feel like I’m being held hostage by the USPS, an organization I have supported!

Expecting package delivered, tracking says out for delivery, I get junk mail in my box and no package. I check my tracking and it says Delivery Attempted- No Access to Delivery Location. BS! So tired of this happening over past 3 years of living here. I even put my house number on the side of my house, and it is by my front door as well. What can I do about this? I call about it every time and it still happens. I don't drive and am disabled so I can't just go pick it up at post office.
