Have Informed Delivery because so much of my mail never arrived, or delivered to a neighbor on the next block. Added info to Informed Delivery to Chat - said sorry no one available. Now called twice to Elsner PO - after sitting through the long message was disconnected after 1 minute or ringing. These people can't read, are rude, incompetent and couldn't care less. They need to go bankrupt - worthless.

Hello: I have had repeated packages dropped in the drop box that are not being scanned as received/accepted. Many are not being scanned until they reach the destination post office and actually I have had a few not be scanned then. I started to be proactive before customers contact me and find that a Regional Box A going to New Jersey dropped last week has not been scanned. Is there any way you can check and see if the label came off or was destroyed and just sitting in Frankfort IL post office? I have started a missing mail investigation on the box. Can you please check your dead letter /box area for a regional A box containing some essential oils.

Worst post office ever. They constantly deliver my mail to other neighbors. And they deliver me my neighbors mail. When I call and let them know they don’t seem to really care and they are rude

I went today to mail some Valentine gifts for my students in Chicago. I was met with complete refusal because I had 30 envelopes with pencils for my students. They told me that other customers were more important and I would have to let other people go in front of me even if I had been there first. I realize I had many envelopes, but this is the JOB of the post office to mail letters and gifts. So completely disgusted with how I was treated. I went to Mokena Post Office and they gladly mailed all my gifts for my students. Frankfort Post Office you have let me down every time I go there! Unacceptable!

Mail was dropped off on 12/31/18 but not picked up, just placed on top and it was of a time sensitive nature. Had to drive up to the post office and not sure if it was too late to be forwarded that day.

I was expecting a package that showed out for delivery on Tuesday, 11/27. The package never arrived and when I checked, it said at 7:08 PM, the package could not be delivered for some reason. In fact, we didn't receive any mail at all. Todays mail came, but the normal grocery ads were not included, (These normally arrive Tues. or wed.) Was this Tuesdays mail? The package was not delivered today either. The tracking number is 9405509699938977502619. Will this item be delivered or do I have to come to the PO and pick it up in person?

The mail in our subdivision is a mess! Crystal Lake Way, Frankfort. Mail is being delivered to wrong addresses. And not just an occasional letter, whole addressees mail is being delivered to the wrong box. I live at 20172, my mail went to 20188. The association is 20147, that mail went to 20143. And again yesterday it was a mess. I'm writing to tell you. If you want I can have 47 people write to complain.

Frankfort postal service is ridiculous and unreliable. Just today I witnessed a postal worker drive past eight post boxes and then deliver to three and blow off the rest of the street. It hardly seems likely that 2/3's of a street is not receiving any mail. On another complaint, I have received mail that was my neighbors as well as mail from a completely different street and the last name was no where near mine. Tired of subpar service.

So I’ve had issues with my post person in the past, mixing up both neighbors and my mail, also delivering mail from a block over. Sometimes I don’t even get my mail until after 6pm in the evening. And sometimes she shoves the mail in so vigorously that it pops out the other opening of my mailbox leaving it exposed to the elements of outside. Well, today I watched from my window and saw my delivery person SMOKING A CIGARETTE IN HER VEHICLE WHILE DELIVERING MY MAIL. I have a video of her doing this. I live in Mokena and have called in the past to complain. What is going on with this postal service?!! Do you just hire any unprofessional person off the street? Ridiculous.

The man that delivers mail in my neighborhood is always making mistakes and delivering my packages to the wrong address. It is very frustrating. I still have not received a package that contains a birthday gift needed for tomorrow because he delivered it to the wrong house two days ago! I wish Frankfort would hire more competent postal delivery workers!

This is my preferred Post Office to ship from. Items seems to arrive! And arrive fast to destination. Great hours, knowledgable staff. Only complaint is that it must be other people favorite too- because almost always a line, with multiple stations running already.

I was sad when my sons in Seattle never received a package I mailed to them from Frankfort post office... I did not purchase tracking because it was a cute little Halloween card and a couple candy presents (value $5 ) but I did tape the envelope shut, double checked both their and my return address was complete and correct, brought to the window to get weighed and a receipt for $1.78 for mailing.... the receipt said should arrive in 3 days "expected arrival October 29",,,it's November 4th and still nothing was received.... so I believe someone working for the post office is enjoying a sugar high on mom Owens :( .
