I am living in Maple Park, I do not appreciate this mail post man crumpling up my $350 dollars of clothing to fit in my mail box because he's to lazy to make the 20 steps to my door...I'll make sure to have my items shipped by another company, ridiculous

I tried to access my post office box and the interior doors leading to the lobby were locked, despite the sign on the door saying they are accessible 24/7. There was no information posted on the USPS website or on the doors that would indicate why I cannot be allowed access to the mailbox.

Too often have I tried to either go to this post office or call for some information and they will already have closed. They close early quite often This is very irritating. .
