I hate to say this, but the service is terrible anymore. For the past couple of years I have been receiving my neighbors' mail and not my own. Also, packages that I am expecting are not delivered even though I get an email that they are delivered. I don't know what the problem is, but all I know is service from USPS is terrible, especially in Du Quoin.
