We take our Bill's with checks in them for payments directly to the collinsville post office, on three recent occasions the payments were not received after two weeks. It cost to stop payments on one check and resend another. Our mail person will pass our house, only to come back with our mail 45 minutes later? We have had several pieces of mail shoved into the mail box torn. Is there anything that can be done about these two problems?

I never received my church’s newsletter, Holy Cross Lutheran Church - Messenger, this month. Most of our members have received theirs. I have never missed a newsletter until now. I wanted you to know this. Thank you for your time.

Yesterday I had three packages sitting to be picked up by the mailman and he didn’t pick it up but he put the mail on top of it and I’m wondering why he didn’t pick up my packages going out

I have immune deficiency and am not allowed to leave my house, otherwise I would make a trip to the PO, since their phone line is always busy no matter how often you call. I mailed 2 Easter cards to grandchildren in Ohio 1 week ago and they have not been received yet. they contain money. Is there anyway to track these cards. or have they been stolen. I need to know if I should replace them with new mailings.

I think your phone may be off the hook. I need to speak to someone in regards to a piece of mail I should have received on Thursday, February 6, 2020 (it was even scanned and my daily email notification has a picture of it, to be out for delivery on Thursday).... but I haven’t received it yet. Please email me a good number to contact. Thanks!!

We do not receive our flyers, when I try to call the Collinsville number, it is always busy. I believe they take their phone off the hook.
