I been getting mail sent to my PO BOX yet I haven't received anything for about 3 weeks. I been getting mail for someone else. And I went in today and they said they might be returning my mail because it just have my business name and not my name and last name. Which I believe I did put my name down on the application. Is there anyway I can get all my mail tracked when sent to my PO BOX?

The mail carriers need to be more careful as to where they drop off the mail. I was expecting important documents and they ended up at the wrong address. Also when it's rainy they just throw the mail on the stairs instead of actually putting it inside the mailbox and once again it ruins important paper work.

I came in today Saturday April 16,2021 at 10:20am. Gave the lady my Id and explained I have not received mail in 2 weeks she went back to check came out said there is mail being delivered today. I said okay thank you do you know why mail hasn’t been delivered she said due to no employees I said so there’s been no employees for 2 weeks she then said it’s being delivered today. I asked for a supervisor nobody available, then I ask for a 1800 number she gave me 1800 ask usps i said can you give me the number she said you don’t know how to write? I said eww nasty attitude what is your name she said am not giving it to you and walked away she is a African American being rude short hair had a Jean jacket.

I went to the post office to inquire why mail had not been delivered to a school for several days. No supervisor, no manager, but a huge bin of mail was brought out that had not been delivered to a school! Complain complain complain. Write to town president, state, anyone. Gross incompetence is an understatement. Plus they are so rude.

Worst delivery service I've experienced in 7 years of living in the Chicago area. I moved here in July of 2018 and have had terrible service costing me hundreds of dollars in late fees for bills I never received, a red light camera ticket that doubled because I never received the ticket, tens if not hundreds of mail pieces that I see in my Informed Daily Digest are never delivered. This year alone I've only had 6 mail deliveries since Jan 1, 2021 (currently Feb 21st), and have only received about 50% of the mail that was supposed to be delivered. I'm missing tax documents, medical documents, my car registration, and paper checks that have never been delivered. I have submitted complaints on the USPS website and have emailed my Congressman. This post office service is terrible.

Someone at THIS location stole my package. They put in the system that the delivery address was suddenly changed mid shipment. They won't give me this new mystery address! Someone there stole my package and all I can do is just "fill out a form"! I'm furious!

Can't believe this post office not only have carriers who has no idea what street they are on let alone can't read a address on mail to figure out they are at wrong place. Let alone steal cards that are for kids sad but true. Had nieghbors from other streets delivered my mail and they want to raise the price of stamps. What a joke of a post office

Worst customer service. Beware the carriers who deliver your packages steal your items. They tape back up the tampered box and deliver you an empty one. I still have yet to hear from the supervisor Mr. Mcall. He looked nervous when I showed up with my empty box. He ensured me that he would look into it by checking who was working that route. I told him I would be able to recognize the male employee who delivered because two packages were delivered the same day. One required a signature so I had an interaction with him. I unfortunately didn't see that one of the packages was tampered as it was placed upside down otherwise I would have recorded him and called the police. If you have a complaint about their service or want to report any misconduct please call corporate like I did. I also complained with the inspector general of usps. I advise to follow these steps otherwise if you just speak to the manager he or she will do nothing. I highly suspect that this particular manager is aware of the theft the carriers are doing. They will not look into the matter or do any type of investigation. If you're shipping an item do not use usps. If you're getting something shipped or buying online pay for extra shipping to ensure another carrier delivers your package like UPS or FedEx. I also ran into a review on here where a person has seen a male employee steal packages and was placing the packages into a none usps vehicle and the other car just took off. I can't stress enough do not waste your time calling the supervisor and they are most likely aware that this is happening. Call corporate and call the general inspector of usps. I highly suspect that management is aware of the theft, they either are benefiting from the stolen goods or simply don't care. I can't stress enough call corporate and the inspector general of usps. Don't waste your time calling the supervisor from this location as they will do nothing.

I wonder if anyone is really looking at these complaints. On the block of 49th Ave. and 16th Street South, the mail is often late around 5:00 or so. I thought the other mail person we had was bad this one is worse. My mail is thrown on the front porch. I have found it in the snow and all wet. This is a crime, and a good chance the mail can get stolen. Because the mail person is too lazy to put the mail between the doors. I am very disatisfied with the mail delivery. I use the phone or internet for most of my transactions because I don't even trust the mail. This is very sad. Someone needs to address this issue, obviously after reading some of these complaints I'm not the only one complaining. And most people don't have nerve enough to complain. And the Post Office on Laramie I don't even use because it is so bad. They are slow and inconsiderate. I use the North Riverside facility.

Our mail delivery on the 3700 block of 60th court has become absolutely horrible. We had the best mail person, but she left for another route. Our mail comes at all different hours, and as I write this it is 8:15 PM and we did not even get mail. Also, the amount of mail I receive has dwindled so much that I am afraid some is NOT getting delivered. When I called the post office to inquire I was told "We do not keep mail at the facility." I did not think so, but wonder what is happening to it. After all, how hard is it to deliver mail???

Horrible experience at Cicero, IL post office!!! Also, staff by the name of K. R. Smith in passports was EXTREMELY rude, condescending and racist!!! When I got there she was attending a white couple, she was visibly very polite, smiles and very pleasant. She was extremely rude and condescending to ALL other people (hispanics ) thereafter. When it was my turn she immediately started talking down and treating me like an idiot. I understand and speak English fluently, there was no problem with my hearing or communication . EVERYONE deserves to be treated with human dignity. If she is unable to do so, she should not be in a position that has her salary paid by taxpayers.
