Don't get mail for up to three weeks at a time! No constant carries. No help from supervisors. Terrible PO

I've only received 4 pieces of mail in the last 2 weeks. Put in a claim and they stated that our mail is not on hold. I live in an apartment with 8 other people and no mail!! I have pills that I need. Terrible!!

This is the worst post office ever. I go 7-10 days without receiving a single piece of mail. I went into the Post Office to inquire what I could do. The female worker said to come in at 9am when they first open to pick my mail up. I couldn't get my mail that particular day because I came in later. Mail came a couple days later. I went there today at 9am sharp and was told by the same employee that I couldn't get it because the postal worker wasn't in yet but that I would get it later today. Both times talking with this woman she is abrupt and rolling her eyes. I did not get my mail today and have no idea what to do at this point. Seriously tired of just trying to get my mail but would like to see this woman at least get reprimanded. I do not in any way deserve her attitude.

This post office stinks. It stinks. I wish and hope that someone can create a competitive business with the USPS just for letter size and flat size pick up and delivery. It is disgusting how poorly this place operates. I don't think anyone likes to work there

This facility is the worst ever! Poor service...horrible counter service. The agents are rude, slow to assist you, and when you finally do get to the counter, they re subject to leave and stay gone for long periods under the pretense of your mail or situation not being readily available. This is a horrible facility and needs to be revived. New people, new supervisors... I have a paid P.O. box and I never any mail. My mortgage and homeowners insurance has been sent back twice,,,, My real estate tax bill also.... asking questions is a waste of time....
