This is absolutely the worst Post Office. I absolutely hate to have to deal with them . So, almost every time I have a package coming from them it is an issue. I have been trying to track 2 packages for several days with no update. I found it strange that my package went out for delivery on 6/9 and then nothing. I called the 1800 number and was on hold almost 2 hours. I will say that the lady I spoke to was nice. She told me that my packages were at my local office and I should go there . So, I go there an the lady at the counter tells me we don’t keep packages here unless we left a note. Huh ? She did not even try to look for it. So , I was like what happens next. She was like it will get sent back and take up to 30 days. What ? Why can’t I get any help from these people. Close already! You are taking up space and a waste of time and energy .

Would someone please deliver our mail and packages on time and STOP THE LYING ABOUT leaving notices when you are just too LAZY to deliver the packages. People know that you are lying because they are at home all day waiting for their packages and mail.

Really. This place is a real joke. My packages were out for delivery @7:30 this morning. @7:20pm it was reported that it was undeliverable because they couldn't access the location. This is a house with a gate that easily opens. What really happened was this. We got a lazy a__ delivery person who decided not to deliver. Monterey should be a tad curious as to why none of the packages were delivered due to inaccessible locations. FIND SOME REPLACEMENT MAIL PERSONNEL THAT WANT TO DO THE DAMN JOB AND STOP F___ING AROUND WITH PEOPLES MAIL!!!!!!!!!

I just spoke with Ms. Price about changing mail delivery procedures during building closings - I situation I did not know how to solve. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to help solve our unique issues and then pass information along to the mail carrier. I could not be more pleased and grateful for her attitude and assistance. Peace, Pat

I spoke with whom I believe to be the manager/supervisor of this facility. I don’t want to reveal her name, as it may not be proper to do so in this forum. I WILL say that it sounds like Rice. She is AMAZING! She’s knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, and kind. Not only did she return my call regarding an important package which I was extremely concerned about, but she did so within 24 hours and even checked the following day to make certain it arrived. Postal institutions aren’t given the props which they truly deserve. I would dare ANYONE to trade places with a postal employee! Oftentimes customers are rude and insensitive, believing that THEY are the only individuals with an issue needing to be resolved. I’ve learned that saying please and thank you when speaking with a postal agent, goes a LOT farther than screaming and cursing them out! Mrs. (name which sounds like Rice), please know how grateful I am for all you did to calm my mind and resolve the problem. Blessings and much happiness, Myra Kathryn
