I just want to say that I am very pleased with the mail delivery that I have been getting the last 3 weeks. The young lady postal deliverer is doing a great job, I get my mail sometimes before 11:00 am, that is some old school stuff! She works the 60652 district, keep up the good work.

Saturday, March 13, at 5:37 pm, a female postal worker delivered mail and two packages. She is recorded scanning two packages. However, I only received an email confirmation for one package. Both packages were stolen. My issues are both packages could have fit in the door, possibly deterring thieves from being tempted. I am not sure how thieves got around the Ring. But the postal worker taking a few seconds to open the door may have saved me the financial loss. Please note this is my 5th incident with stolen packages. I strongly suggest 60652 becomes a signature required area.

10/21/2020. I got a delivery inform notification my package was delivered. I went outside to find out their was no package. I looked around my home survellance camera to see if there was a package delivered on that day and we did not receive any mail from USPS as notified. I went to speak with Manager at the post office to trace my package and she stated, she doesn't get paid to do others job and the system states the package was delivered and left on my porch. My home do not have a porch. So I know their was something weird going on. This facility is conducting USPS Fraudulet acts in stealing cutomers packages and sending delivery notifications in the system as if they have been delivered. They need to FIRE these so call SUPERVISORs and CARRIERS at this Location!! HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS "THIEF"

I am very frustrated because in the tracking system it's says my package has been sitting there for a couple of days, and they still can't deliver. I've also been calling to request more information but no one answers.

I have not been receiving my mail even after I get notifications that I have mail and packages. It's very fustrating because I cannot make plans to go out for fear of leaving a package outside or it might get stolen. I have complained continually and nothing has been done. One time an excuse of my route having 2carriers was given, yet this problem continues. Wouldn't having 2 carriers to one route guarantee me getting my mail? It makes no sense and there is no excuse for this to happen. Please change the supervisor because it's obvious to me that things are that way because of poor supervision. For many years there have been different issues at this facility and I have had to go to one further out to get stamps and such things but this concerns my mail and packages. Thank you for your prompt response.

2/28/20 I waited home the entire day for my package. I received an update that the postal worker couldn't gain access to a property that has open access and cameras to prove the falsehood. No one tried to deliver my package. Furthermore, mail is held for well over a week at a time. When it does arrive, it's someone's mail mixed in. Stop sending false updates about packages that you didn't try to deliver.

Very bad service for the carrier and the postal workers inside the facility. 1. Our carrier always have been delivering mails that do not belong to us. 2. Days will pass by us not having any mail and that's just impossible. 3. Many times when we ask to hold our mails, when we get back in town and pick up our mails, no where to be found and kept saying we have no mails. Later on after going back 3 times, they will find the mails saved and I wonder if everything is being saved knowing how irresponsible they are. 4. we went again on vacation for 14 days and again they claimed we have no mail. Impossible. this is the 3rd time we're going back to check again hoping other person will help us, even the supervisor. We shall see. Frustrating and agravating situation. They need surveilance at a work place to see who's working and not fooling around, accountability is another thing as to who checked and said "no mail" and later will find out , yes we do have mails.

I absolutely mostly hate this location. When I had large shipments for business, I'd go to the location over near cicero aver and southwest highway. WAY nicer. There is one female employee in particular that always has an attitude and never wants to look for your stuff. She told me one day that the tracking number given to me by the company I ordered from is not a tracking number. OH? well why am I able to track my package here?!!! If you see her you will know right off who I am talking about.

I agree with the previous poster. This station absolutely sucks in customer service and job performance. 3 straight attempts to place my mail on vacation hold have all resulted in mail being delivered, once with the printed vacation hold notice for the carrier buried among the delivered mail that day.If there was an alternative to USPS, I'd be using it! Perhaps that's a million dollar idea for someone with the ability to execute it. The bar is pretty low to have a better success rate, and more satisfied customers.

I'm upset this post office, can never find package that have tracking numbers, they take hour long lunches that they lock doors so no one can buy postage, they take their phones off the hook so no one can call with questions, and lastly and most important. They are just plain rude and ignorant. If there was another alternative other then this mail service. I would be using them by now.
