Worst P.O. ever. For years I have struggled to receive my mail. Many times lost. Post master, supervisor and employees are useless. You need new employees at that location that care.

The employees are arrogant, rude, and vindictive. Miz Waters, a supervisor, has an attitude up the wazoo. I don't think she like white people either. And she takes pleasure in sticking it to white people. Take that, black people. If I can get her fired I WILL. This is not over. Look at all the NEGATIVE posts. Look at the volume of them. This post office is incompetent because you employ people who don't give a damn except about how much they can screw from the government.

I have lived in my home for 5 months. I find it odd my mail carrier places checks or letters that involve money in my neighbors mailbox. Makes me feel it's placed their in hopes of returning to collect it later. I get all other mail. This happened to my daughter also

In December, 2019 I did not receive two of my charge account bills. Since I track all bills due, I was able to easily recover and pay my bills on time. In January, 2020 I did not receive one of my Tax Documents from a pension. In February, I went on a week's vacation so on February 22, I initiated a "hold mail" to begin on 2/25 thru 03/02. I removed any mail received on 2/24 and upon my return found 3 pieces of mail in the mailbox, and 2 pieces of mail laying on the ground wet. When my regular mail delivery resumed on 3/02, I received 4 pieces of mail, two bills from AT&T and 2 pieces of unimportant info type mail. I am currently missing 5 pieces of mail which are bills due now. I often receive mail for 1140 Ashland which I promptly return to the Post Office in Chicago Heights for re-delivery. My address is 1140 Franklin Ave., Chicago Heights, IL 60411-2560.

Mail is almost always in someone's other mail box. They are on their cell phones all the time maybe that's why our mail is always not where it should be. Some don't even wear a uniform come by with regular clothes.
