Our carrier gossips. I hurt my back and couldn't get the sidewalks cleared of snow. I don't expect him to trudge through the snow. Didn't expect that he would tell the neighbors he won't deliver. I'm better now and will clear the walks. Now I know how he is.

Text book was delivered today in the mail. The post office worker bent the book and jammed it into my mailbox. The textbook was ordered brand new, opened the package and the book is bent and damaged. It takes less than a minute to walk up to the door and either place the package at the door or ring the doorbell and hand it to someone who was home, which we were home. I will call the post office during regular business hours, as the post office was closed once I opened the package. Very disappointed. Maybe some use of common sense next time.
