I'm so fed up with our postal delivery lady. She either delivers to the wrong address. Cramps our packages in our box. Doesn't deliver our package because of no access witch is bull! We keep our drives shoveld and walkways clear. And on top of this situation its year round, not just in cold months. I'd be happy to take her job!

The Byron Post Office needs new management. Mail consistently takes 3 plus weeks to get from anywhere outside of 50 miles of Byron. We have customers sending in checks for payment in Byron and the surrounding area that are taking over 10 days to arrive. Complaints have been made and no improvements have resulted. To add insult to injury our address was changed recently because of the lack of knowledge of the streets. This has resulted in an overload of work and changes that needed to be made throughout our entire company. Hopefully these do no fall on deaf ears and something be done about the lack of efficiency and professionalism at this location.

Well I can't get my mail delivered. I spoke with the post master, she ask me to come back, so someone would deliver my mail to me. I was there for 15 minutes ringing the buzzer. No one came to the door, you could hear people talking, but no one showed up to give me my mail. I have called again, not given any reason why I can't get my mail. I am ready to press charges against the person who want let me have my mail.

I have tried to phone my local post office numerous times today. No one answers the phone. Because of this I decided to try the toll free number. What a waste of time; lots and lots of menu options. Every Time you select one you get a new list of options to select from. So now I am holding and they have already announced that the wait will be over an hour............#ridculous!!!!!!
