I HAD PURCHASED A ROLL ($60.00) OF FOREVER STAMPS RECENTLY. THEY WERE NOT PACKAGED IN PLASTIC WRAP. I DIDN'T NOTICE UNTIL I GOT HOME. IT APPEARS THAT SOME STAMPS HAD BEEN REMOVED, FROM THE INSIDE OF THE ROLL. I'M WRITING TO INFORM YOU OF THE THEFT. IS THIS A COMMON PRACTICE FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES? Employees claim this location is limited to drop-offs only currently due to "internet issues". They even have a sign up. This has been the case for weeks. Employees from other nearby offices asked to work here temporarily, refute this claim.

The staff at the Brookfield are the rudest and coldest people I have encountered at any postal facility in any part of this country! Although a Brookfield resident, I prefer to use the LaGrange Park facility where people are pleasant. I even prefer to go as far as the post office in Hinsdale, where the staff is extremely pleasant!

This place has a rude afternoon manager and will not deliver your mail for weeks without any notice at all. This place is the reason they need to privatize postal services.

I call during the week to verify passport hours (as suggested by the website). First, the passport hours are conducive to the select few that DON'T work or go to school..... The lady who answers the phone is relatively rude. She tells me the hours and I ask if I'm 10 minutes late will the post office process my request (which will take a matter of 15 mins tops)? No - is all I get in response. She tells me to come in on Saturday from 12-3. On Saturday, I show up at 12:20. The guy tells me passport hours on Saturday are from 10-12. The website says the hours are from 9:30-12:30..... Really Brookfield, if you don't want the money to process the passport then get out of the business all together. With service like this, it's no wonder the USPS is millions of dollars in the red....

Me and my husband been coming to this post office at least twice a month to ship packages to Europe. But the employee name Doreen is very rude mean and disrespectful. We made a little price coun mistake and she was just loud almost to the point of yelling at the customer. Very rude woman.
