I want to thank Annette for helping me today! She was professional, kind and went above and beyond to help me today. I realized I don’t think about all the work that goes into having my mail delivered each day. Thank you all USPS employees for the service you provide and especially Annette for going out of her way during her busy workday to help me !

I just moved here to Bradley from another City 3weeks ago. I'm having problems w/the mail carrier not taking my mail that's going out!! My Bill's, rent, important paper work that needs to be somewhere @a certain date& by carrier not taking my mail out going it makes it hard for me. I have a bad knee, & don't own a car. Why, is it SO DIFFICULT to just take the MAIL-PUT it in his bag & TAKE IT TO POST OFFICE!! THEY'RE DOING THEIR JOB or maybe it's not in their job description???

Not only was the mail 6 hours late today, 5/10/2017, but the postal carrier set the packages at the very edge of the porch near the steps so that both packages got soaked. Would it really have been that hard to put the packages near the door which is 6 foot further in under a covered porch? Why does it seem like our post office is just going down hill in a very bad way, I will be looking to an agency to find out how one goes about trying to request a replacement post master so we can have postal carriers that are held responsible for delivering mail like their job depended on it, oh wait I thought the job was already descripted like that...
