I mailed 30 Christmas/birthday cards 2 weeks ago and put them in the mail box by Aldi on Weber in Bolingbrook Il and most of the cards haven't been received yet.

On January 26th 2022, I dropped a letter with a check to my property taxes in Dallas. I made sure I read that a pick up will take place at 5pm that day (mail box on Romington st, Bolingbrook). I noticed that even after Feb 2nd, the check was not cashed in. Last week, I was fined $759.33 because the letter was stamped on FEBRUARY 7th. I am just curious why the mailbox said pick will happen on Jan 26th at 5PM and the stamp was made on Feb 7th. And why I have to pay $760 for your mistakes

Last week the man who I gave my package to was extremely rude and basically threatened that my package was not going to make it and guess what, the tracking is not showing any movement. This is theft and I would like him prosecuted, I am sure there are cameras present.

I have been a resident for almost 50 years. I asked if it is possible to get a mailbox on the front of my building, single resident house. I am 87 now, and I am having a problem walking down the driveway.

I WENT TO GET INFORMATION AND BUY STAMPS , BUT THE LADY IN THE DESK WAS VERY AGGRESIVE WITH EVERYBODY, WHEN MY TURN COME I ASK MY CHILDREN TO DEPOSIT THE NUMBER IN BASKET, THEN SHE SLAM THE BOX HOLDING THE BOX SO AGRESSIVE, I ASK HER WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM AND SHE GIVE ME A NON SENSE ANSWER..HER NAME IS LOUIS H. SHE SHOULD BE WORKING IN THE BACK NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHE WAS THROWING THE BOXES OF MAIL LIKE PLAYING BASKET BALL...VERY UNRESPECTFULL PERSON.
