This location is terrible. The customer service is horrible and they are often closed during normal business hours due to staffing issues. I went to buy stamps and the postal worker was locking up with six minutes left till closing. She would not open up and sell stamps. Terrible!

62223 - I have mailed numerous items in your mailbox outside your office. I Mailed two pieces three weeks ago and one two weeks ago that have not been received. This is a on going problem of mail never getting to the destination. Can you please look into this?

On many occasions there had been no mail pickup for multiple days. This is very concerning when mail is date sensitive, like bills.

My Post office is terrible today 1-9-23 I had 3 packages out for delivery. I called the post office and was told they would come today the mailman was still out. The mailman came 30 minutes later and brought my mail but no packages. I asked him if he had my packages and he said no I don’t. I called the Post office back 20 times and was hung up on each time. This behavior is so unprofessional. I want to know how to reach someone in charge. This is not the first time this has happened. Just ridiculous.

Paid almost $300 to have our mail forwarded for 3 months!! Neighbors and my daughter still getting our mail from our mailbox for us!?!? ☹️😠😡🤯 DO NOT waste your $$$ on this service!! What a rip off!!! 🤬Belleville ( Dutch Hollow), IL 62226

I put mail out Mon Set 21st... it is Wed 23rd and I had to take it to the PO. Nobody ever showed up... it happens occasionally. I hope somebody at the PO is apprised of the situation. We have important mail, so I hope this does not continue.

This is the worst Post Office I have ever dealt with. Rude employees at the location, every time I have called. Postal drivers are constantly not picking up our outgoing business mail or delivering mail to our office location. All this, while the postal driver uses our parking lot as a turn around to drive the other direction down the road. Several times our mail was delivered to the wrong address & customer payments were not posted.

Whenever our regular mail carrier is off for the day, and we get someone new, they don't come inside to pick up our outgoing mail, or give us our mail. They leave it in the mailbox on our gate, which is only for after hour payments. I've complained about this before, but it doesn't seem to do any good. Doesn't anyone at the post office have any common sense? They should know that with a business, you go inside and deliver the mail. Tired of this, they need to do their job correctly. Please correct this!

My mail carrier says she delivered a package in my box. The mail box was crambed with junk mail. No package could have fit in there. Then they called back and lied to make her story seem true. They remind me of a bunch of crooks and liars.

I have had the worst experience with this Post office. This week I tried to mail out my Husbands ATM card using a $19.99 stamp I purchased from the Kiosk at Dutch Hollow. I mailed my envelope with the stamp and had a note for MY carrier to please if possible add tracking. I had no idea how horrible my post office experience was about to get. The very next day the Dutch Hollow station sent my envelope back with a Priority mail express envelope. I took my envelope and put my stamp on the stupid priority envelope like they demanded and mailed it again. Well today I got the envelope back with stamps all over it claiming I had already used this stamp. I called to complain and ask Why. MIKE told me it was my fault and I should have purchased separate tracking. I told him I was disabled and had a hard time getting to the Post office and he told me "Oh well that is not my problem". I then told him my Husband was on deployment and needed that ATM card and he told me, "I don't care I was active duty too, you should have known better." He told me "Come down here and I will tell you the same thing to your face." Mike was absolutely horrible degrading and insulting specifically about me being disabled. I have had problems with this post office before. I have had the staff actually see me roll up to their counter look at me and walk away. They actually made me go back to the back of the line when this happened. I lost my spot when the lady decided to just walk away. They have broken handicap doors and then they will even refuse to help you with the door when they see you struggle. Mike was awful and represents only the worst in the USPS. No wonder people are mad if this is how they treat people, especially disabled wheelchair bound people like myself, I suppose it is good they are under fire, maybe the UPS and FED EX would be better suited to folks like me. My Husband is leaving for a school and now has no way to access any money because I have been struggling to mail this out for a week now, plus MIKE decided to tell him off too when he called. Mike is awful.
