I called to find out where a package was that was supposed to be delivered. On Saturday. Apparently they tried twice. It was a package that I had to sign for. I was home the second time. I got no knock on my door or anything. I live in an apartment. They didn't come around the building. I called today and got attitude. I asked for a call back after he talked to the postal carrier. No call. I called again almost 6 hours later to see if my package was out for redelivery or if I needed to come up there. I got attitude again. The man raised his voice and said he has it with him. I should mention that this has been a reoccurring problem in the last few months even with things I don't have to sign for. The carriers if the don't know the rout don't think to look in the back for the other 4 mailboxes. They have Mail for 7 apartments and only see 3 mailboxes. They just take the rest of the mail with them. It is ridiculous. I work in retail. I understand how stressful this time of year is. If I treated a guest like that I would be in the unemployment line. They should try and have a little compassion for the person on the other end of the line. My package contained medication that need and was in the er with symptoms of withdrawal the night before since they couldn't look for my apartment. So yes I am a little stressed.

I had a Package Out of Delivery yesterday at 12:16 PM and it hasn’t been delivered. I want the job finished, deliver my package I know you have it and it has my address. And this is the day after it was Out of Delivery. I don’t take incompetence or laziness as an excuse.

The don't deliver the mail if they don't want. Mail box and number on it means nothing to them

So, in today's mail delivery (4/19) we received a St. Patrick's Day card post marked 3/14, an Easter card post marked 3/31 and a wedding invitation that wasn't post marked at all. If I were running the Post Office, I would spend less money on national advertising saying how good we are and actually work on getting better. Just saying . . . .

I'm not sure who our mail carrier is in the area but I went two get my mail had two bundles rubber banded together and 1 was for my address and the other 15 were for various people and addresses. Worries me that I'm not getting my mail delivered correctly to me. And this is a reoccurring issue.

i had a certified letter coming to my house, the tracking info said the first notice was sent on 5/31. I went to the post office 3 times and called once and they did not have the letter. I printed out the tracking information and went to the post office on 6/23. They finally found the letter. The clerk was rude, called me immature, and all i wanted was an explanation as to why i could not get my letter the three times i was there prior and i know the protocol is to send more than one notice. She informed me she was not the post mail carrier and that wasn't her job. She very rudely said "do you want the letter, or you can leave." i asked to talk to the manager and she again was rude, and said after she was done with her customer.

Went into the post office today at 4 pm. There were 3 or 4 people in front of me but no one at the counter. Finally someone walked out and she said she was on her lunch and was the only one there. She reluctantly helped us but made her “At Lunch” sign darker as we told her we could not see the original sign. She made it known she was helping us during our lunch time and was rude. There were 4 or 5 people walking in as I was leaving so I don’t know what happened after I left. Everyone deserves a lunch break however, that is no reason to stop service. Have someone else work the counter or post your hours with “closed during 1-1:30” at the same time everyday so people know not to come during that time. People are coming from their busy day to get service because the post office is supposed to be open. Just stopping service at random times is not okay, people depend on the mail. It is absolutely unacceptable.

With all the rain yesterday (4/13/22) my type 1 diabetic child’s life saving medical supplies were left in such a way that it got thoroughly soaked. I have a covered porch. If a little common sense was used it may not have been exposed as badly. If the contents of said life saving medical supplies had been damaged the insurance company would not replace them. I would appreciate a bit of common sense in the future. If anyone from the post office would like to see pictures please feel free to send me an email and I will gladly send you said pictures for training purposes.Thank you.

So I got a message on my informed delivery that my package was not delivered because the delivery location was not accessible. I call bologna. Nothing had changed from the day before. There was no bad weather. I don’t even own a dog. I had to pick it up myself the next day. It wasn’t even out to be delivered the next day. Not even a notification on the door. When I did pick it up the worker who helped me said they probably didn’t have someone to deliver it. It was out for delivery at 6:10 pm and noted as no access to delivery location at 6:54pm. Liars. Unprofessional liars. 1/11/23

Employees at Belleville Post Office are rude, rude, rude. They wear plastic shields over their face, then they have a large sheet of plastic hanging there, separating them from the customers. You can't hear a word they say. When you tell them you can't hear them, they want to display a negative attitude. And they're lazy as hell on top of that. Go to another Post Office.

I have the app on my Android, I can actually see the pieces of mail received for that day. What should I do when I don't receive my mail after seeing it posted two days prior? Is there an alternative other than going to the post office. Thank you

The wrong mail is constantly being delivered to my address. Sometimes the house number matches and nothing else. Yesterday I received an email that a package had been delivered at 9:45am in or around the mailbox. Nowhere to be found! Was it delivered to the wrong address or not at all? Terrible service. Can't talk to a live person much less anyone with any authority. The system needs fixing.

Review? I mean to complain about the deliverer who today minutes ago before 4pm Saturday August 28th, drove past my address, did not glance in the direction of my mail box, stopped at an address 2 houses away, got back in his truck, and ignored my attempts to get his attention by whistling loudly and hailing him loudly with Hey!- screw!!! his obligation to stop for any reason per my attempts to get his attention- it bothers me most***** that he held no regard whatsoever for the proper performance of his job obligations. I am insulted but even more now having observed this one instance, of how many previous occassions this may have occured previously, unobserved. I most assuredly from now on will have my cell camera on hand prepared to record such further instances like this. I was halfway to the other residence and he totally ignored my wanting to ask him to accept the mail I had posted on my mailbox in plain sight and unobstructed. Now I have to wonder how much of my mail will turn up missing should you , ha ha , decide to have a word or two with him about this. I'm ever hopeful all others who incur this type of ignorance are willing and intent to do the same. Enough complaints and he can go apply at some pony express office, with all of them in his resume'. If this ever occurs again and I catch it you can assuredly count on hearing from me again.

Kudos to Brock at the main Belleville Post Office! I am tracking a package sent internationally, and Brock has explained the situation to me as it is taking a very long time. A very patient man, and friendly and professional as well! Others should take heed, and the US Postal service should be Very glad that they have Brock working for them!

There are days that I don't receive my mail, sometimes 2 days, I am disabled and it's hard for me to get to the post office. This is ridiculous that there isn't carriers to deliver mail.

I experienced NON-delivery of major bills due in September. These were Spectrum, AT&T, and Illinois American Water. Therefore, I now have late charges to pay. What is happening to our postal service? Do I have to be concerned now in the future? Please reply. I would really appreciate this problem being solved in a timely manner.

They put my mail in someone else's mail box and I got the person next door. If you can't do the job step aside and let someone else do the job.

6:32 PM I went to the mailbox to check and the 5 packages that were stated in emails: July 6, 2020 at 4:55 pm Delivered, Front Door/Porch SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, IL 62225 I checked the mail at 5:30 PM, no reason to be lazy. If you are going to state you did something, please at least attempt to keep the lies straight. Very disappointing service, please hire individuals who give two craps about their job! I have two dogs as well as a camera system at the house letting me know of any movement outside. You cannot state that you did your job.

I work in the schnucks plaza on the west end of belleville. Every day I have to go outside and take the mail to the worker. Did the post office run out of funding for uniforms? Very unprofessional.

Had a package delivered today. It should have been brought to the door. The carrier had to FORCE it in, and it took over 5 minutes to pry this box out of the mailbox. Scraped knuckles and all. This was simply UNACCEPTABLE. I have photo proof of this nonsense. I wish I had a way to upload a picture here. Ridiculous!

The Bellevile IL PO needs a swift kick. Mail is unpredictable, like ex-lax. Never a consistent carrier and it's like Soul Train when you visit the main branch for things. They could care less if you a white person.

Delivery of mail is very unpredictable. Mail is often not picked up and delivery of time sensitive materials is often 2-3 days late. Packages are often left out in the open where everyone can see when they could easily be placed out of sight. Today I believe I had a package stolen because of this. Tracking says it was delivered and it is nowhere to be found.

There was a package from Sam's Club jammed so tight into the mailbox at 3 Emerald Terrace, that I had to take the box off the wall and bend the box to get the package out, pleas leave by the door next time.
