Sending a package on 7/26/23 10:30am. I was told the amount I gave her a $20.00 my total was $11.65 She informed me she could not accept cash because she didn't have change. I asked doesn't she have a cash drawer? Rep. replied if you have any issues contact the post master this is not a debate Extremely rude rep. I will never step foot in the Bartlett post office again

Middle aged male employee is very rude Employees need to be trained well for this location. Management need to see what kind of service employees give to the public. Poor service!!!!!!

Stood in line for about 15 minutes to get stamps. No problem, sometimes it’s hit or miss at the post office. What I didn’t appreciate was, the USPS employee complaining about the location and his job. Based on the crap service that we have received in 2021, I could really care less about his attitude and his job.

Terrible post office. I was there at 9am Monday March 15 2021 and left at 9:25am. They still hadn't opened the counter. I called no answer and other customers knocked on windows and doors. No response. I went to Streamwood post office, which was opened and was in and out.

Extremely rude employee!! I do not appreciate being talk down to especially when I started out saying, hello. I have done nothing wrong or said anything to this young girl for her to treat me so disrespectful. I refused to hear the unprofessionalism pouring out of her mouth. Never again!!! Will I step foot into our so called Post office of unhappy employees, who clearly HATE their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. I will be spreading the word!!!

I was at post office today and asked where to place prepaid packages. The customer service rep.was rude and would not give a straight answer as to where to place the package. All the desk workers seem to have an attitude and don't like answering any questions. Everyone in line was shocked by the behavior of the young female behind the desk as well. Please get some customer service training for your desk workers.

We need a larger post office...the lines are always very long and the wait is far to long. The staff here is very good but are truly out numbered.
