My husband went to pick up packages that were supposed to be delivered to our physical address, but ended up at the Sandpoint post office. The gal that answered my call was wonderful- she put our packages aside for pickup. When my husband got there, he was greeted by a nice gentlemen and lady, but then was redirected to another woman about the packages. Her name is Carol, and she was the absolute rudest, most nasty postal service member he has ever dealt with. We are renters in the physical address we are living at, and there is no mailbox. (If it were our place there would be one but the house belongs to our landlord). My husband and I have a PO Box in Kootenai but used the physical for packages… ended up not being a good decision on our part. Carol ended up threatening to send every piece of mail back to the sender if she saw our physical address, no questions asked. She also yelled at him in front of everyone to, “get a mailbox or else”. Again, NOT OUR HOUSE as my husband already explained. We had another package there that shouldn’t have gone out till 2 pm, like I was told over the phone, and he got there at 1:40 pm, to which Carol said that “she already sent our package back to the sender”. Not sure where the amnesty came from, but it surely was not appreciated and shouldn’t be tolerated. We are unpleased with the poor treatment from customer service from Carol. Otherwise, we have been treated wonderfully by others.

You don't answer your phone. Nor can I leave a voicemail. The post person jammed a book into my box in Westwood from the back, I suppose. I can't get it out. I left a note 3 days ago to deliver it to my door. I doubt that the note reached the back to be seen. Please inform the delivery person - 1307 Westwood Court - Virginia Hendren. Get back to me please.
