Postal Locations

I sent a package to a friend from the coast. I take full responsibility that I put the wrong apartment number on it. But, according to my friend, that apartment number doesn’t even exist. And I haven’t been able to find a phone number. No clue where the package is.

Not very good been getting mail not mine for 4 yrs know..

They frequently deliver mail to my neighbors and theirs to me. Today the USPS email tracking says the package was held at customer request. I never put in a request there are only open during the week during business hours which if you work you can't get there. I did call the US Post office and file a complaint but that will take a while and who knows if they'll deliver my package. The phone number just rings and rings they ask for a remote access code and then hang up on you. I have never seen a worse post office.

Why don't postal employees read these? Maybe if we gave their names, we'd get better service. I've been waiting for an urgent package that was shipped priority mail express, nearly $30, from Utah. It was sent Thursday. It's Saturday night. No package. No tracking updates. It said it would be delivered by 6pm. This post office, or the Spokane office, is a joke. Our mail is always mixed up with our neighbor's and I have to wonder if my package is in somebody else's box. Our own delivery people don't seem to care in the least if they get the mail to us or not. Pathetic!!!

Thank for your help in my mail being returned to P.O. Box 211 Rathdrum, ID. 83858. I have that box renewed to April 2022. There is an undertaking not to my fault with this forwarding; however, I will do my best to complete the necessary forms once again. The mail will be forwarded from P.O.box 1423 Ukiah, CA 95482. i would like to know what happened to my order number as102790410cn. the shipper shows it was delievered but i have not recieved it. thank you Dennis Hart

I don't understand why someone is bringing out mail so early.I don't want to leave our mail out over night to mail a letter.I think the mail they bring is yesterday's mail.

The webpage has a lot of information, except whether the office is closed during lunch hours and, if so, what the closure hours are.

Rathdrum has the most dis-functional Post Office I’ve ever encountered. I have had my mail returned to sender as “Moved and left no forwarding address” after not collecting mail for a week. Of course our house is across the street and OBVIOUSLY occupied. I had certified mail get returned THEN had someone (a neighbor) tape the certified slips to my front door. The carrier put my “Signature required” paperwork in the wrong box and then returned the certified mail because we never signed the paper! Now for a completely different delivery I get a FINAL NOTICE for more certified mail (that the Post Office just returned)... where the heck was the 1st notice???? The Post Master for the Rathdrum office seems to stand behind his incompetent employees so complaining goes NOWHERE.

Coeurdalene Post Office sucks. They answer their phone and hang up so
they dont have to take a call. Typical lazy civil servants!!!!!!
