I handmade about 50 celebration of life invitations to have them sent to my family. Took them to the post office, had giant “please don’t bend stickers” on every one of them, and this KUNA post office ruined EVERY. SINGLE. ONE OF THEM. They put multiple rubber bands around them, bent every invitation I made, all because they needed $0.40 extra cents. This is 3 days of work and at least $150 of product putting them together, for $0.40. This post office is absolutely horrific. Go literally anywhere else.
Not getting my packages and keep getting neighbors mail.
This is sketch. Never know if important stuff is just getting lost, and orders for things from Amazon that show with tracking that it's been delivered never even show!
Not sure what is going on here, but this really needs to get worked on!
Sent a birthday card April 7 it was returned to me today April 16 as undeliverable no such street. Very odd as my son lives on that street with the address on the envelope.
Has lived there for almost a year and has received mail from me in the past! After reading after reading Many of the reviews I have to agree this post office has a huge problem!
I keep getting shipping reports to amazon and other sellers that my shipment has been delivered (when it hasn't) or is undeliverable. Before and after been going on for a few months. Mail isn't being delivered much on our plowed street either. Not showing much integrity for this post office. If you have a problem be honest about it don't report incorrect things. Hope things get turned around.
My neighbor is constantly getting my mail and packages. Today he brought 2 packages by. Why does this continually happen and it started months before the holidays and the bad weather. I had the same envelope delivered to me twice and it was the wrong street address. I understand we are all human and make mistakes. Please read the addresses more carefully!!!!
Thank you
KEEP UP THE HARD WORK! Its not easy doing your job in the snow. If your not happy with your mail delivery or pick-up then I would suggest getting a box in town. The weather has been hard on everyone. Kudos to those who are still trying to get your mail where it needs to go!
getting tired of not getting mail, never delivered at the same time or not at all and that includes pickup. I have just been taking it to work with me in Boise. This is the first place I have lived with such horrible service.
Poor service from this bunch .Upset the lazy ones and you want get your mail for several days . packages tampered with ..filed a hold mail ticket .the delivered the mail any way to the house complained about packages so tracking numbers show 4 packages there . but they can't find them then tracking shows no access when snow was shoveled in front of mail box and watched him deliver to my neighbors. And snow hadn't been touched ...spiteful ill use Fedex for now on and maybe put some skunk spray in the mail box for him
1/3/17- The mail doesn't get here until around 5:00 if I'm lucky. Tonight the carrier rolled in at 7:30 talking on her cell phone to whom I assume was her boss. I can't believe no one else has complained about the service. Leave a letter in your mailbox and it may or not be there on time, I made a double payment on my mortgage because it was sent out 7 days after it was placed in the mail box. I'm sure the newer subdivisions get better treatment. Pissed does not even come close to how I feel.
