This is the worst post office service I've ever encountered! Having lived in 4 countries and 5 states. Always getting other peoples mail and mine is missing. Packages say they are "delivered" and not in my box. It's absolutely ridiculous how incompetent they are. Nothing is ever done no matter how many complaints. Today another package missing and the post office never answers the phone. Just the worst.

I mailed my daughter a card on 5/30/19 and she still hasn't received it and in February I mailed my granddaughter a card which was returned to me saying it "RETURN TO SENDER - NOT KNOWN, UNABLE TO FORWARD". I'm not sure why there is a problem when they have lived at this address for a year and I have no problem having packages delivered to them! Please advise of any known problem!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. After being hung up on by a staff member in the middle of my sentence, I called back and finally spoke to manager by the name of Martin, whom was even more unprofessional. As I simply inquired about the behavior of the previous Hang-Ups, he denied it ever happened. I explained I had record on my phone displaying it. He rudely asked what I wanted him to do and proceeded to tell me I was wasting his time. Very unprofessional staff, they clearly have never had a class in what customer service is or how to treat people. To allow this behavior at a management level says alot about a company. Its just sad. I wish I read all of the other negative reviews online that reflected my same experience. I would have avoided the frustration and this awful post office location altogether. I'd recommend going to any other location if you prefer to be treated like a human being

In the last week, our mail has been delivered to my neighbor. ALL of our mail!!! It is very discomforting to know our neighbor sees our personal bills, etc. Thank goodness, they actually give it back to us!!!

My neighbors and myself have been receiving each others mail for quite some time, but what really upset me was that an important package I have been waiting for ended up at my next door neighbors. He REALLY needs to be more carefull!!!!!!
