Took a while to find the number to exact location phone number: 515-334-0216 Not sure why it's hidden but yeah. Either way once I got ahold of the direct number they were helpful. Very direct as they are very busy right now but helped answer my questions.

My regular mailgirl is on vaca. My pick up request was NOT completed as of 6 pm Saturday night. No one answers the phone so now my package will be delayed until Monday

The Johnson post office does not answer their phone. There is no voice mail in which to leave a message. The postal delivery person of the day does not take mail from my mailbox to be delivered. I often get my neighbors mail. What can be done?

Compliments to our mail carrier at the Providence Pointe Apartments in Johnston. I of course do not know his name but it is a younger man who is our regular carrier. He seems to work incredibly hard and shows great customer service with every interaction. He is greatly appreciated for his awesome attitude and kindness.

3 times now I've gotten notified I have a package in a locker at my mailbox and it's not in there or the key isn't in my box. Can you tell your carriers to do a better job making sure stuffs in there please.
