My package has been out for delivery for 12 hours. It's now well past the 8pm delivery time. Who's milking the overtime? You can pay for my package that was NEVER delivered. Low lifes.

The Reserve at Cities Edge 5700 Brady St. has a mail hub in the office building with all of the mailboxes for the apartments. Many times mail ends up in the wrong box causing delays or even not receiving mail. Please have the carrier exercise more caution when delivering to this complex. We appreciate the service but are bothered by this problem. Thank you.

We have not received mail since New Year’s Eve. I have tried to call the Marquette PO. It is always busy.

I just watched the mail delivery driver go all around my address and then mark my delivery a failed attempt. I’m waiting on something for my business now I am behind schedule on my work and I requested two day delivery for my item. How do we fix this.

Vince, whom said he was the supervisor when I asked for one, at the Marquette location is awful, I have been having issues with my change of address, I called for help he offered to hold my mail up to 30 days until I can come in and do the form then told me he couldn’t, he hung up on me then left the phone off the hook so there was busy signal when I tried to call back.. incredibly unprofessional on his especially when I have already tried to change my address 4 times online It made me not even want to come in there and take time off work as that would be my only option at this point and deal with the employees if they all act like him
