HELLO. I JUST WANT TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING SOCCULENT PLANTS. WHAT IS THE REQUIRMENTS TO SHIP PLANTS IN Mainland. Maybe 4 to 5 pieces of socculents small plants without soil. Just the leaves, roots and stem.

Mail in my mailbox with flag up was not picked up on Friday 27 November 2020.

Why have hours posted 9:00 am when the actual opening time is 10:00 am. Terrible

Very frustrated, numerous times I received notes in my mailbox saying there was no secure location for packages (even though there is) and notes saying no one was home even though I am a stay at home mom and am always home. I rescheduled delivery for a package that needed a signature (received email confirmation and a confirmation number that it would be dropped off yesterday) and no one showed yesterday even though my husband saw the mail carrier in the neighborhood. Now I am being told I have to pick the package up at the post office when my husband works till 5pm and we have one vehicle which he obviously uses. This is extremely frustrating and it needs to be made right especially reading all the past reviews with the same issues, this shouldn't be happening at all!

There was an attempt to deliver notice in our mail box on 6/13/19. There is always someone home therefore, there obviously no physical attempt to deliver. The next day 6/14/19, there was a final notice to pick up at the post office. Again, there was someone home all day. This is the second time this post office has pulled this stunt of claiming they attempted to deliver.

Got an email that there was attempt to deliver, no one came to the door... Walked to the mailboxes immediately and no carrier was in sight. Checked my mailbox and no slip was left as well. This is very upsetting because I do not know which office to check at. I hope I won't have a problem getting this package. Very disappointed with the service. I hope the slip isn't in another person's mailbox.

I had a package delivered on Friday 2-16-18 tracking id 9374889692090659243256 which was left in a lock box at my complex. Left a note for the carrier that the key does not work in the lock it remains in my mail box key and note together and she has ignored it for at least two additional delivery days. I have to have the contents of that package as it is for a medical related condition.
