Complaint, handicap parking, The manager of Waikiki post office had my rental car towed on December 15 around 1130-1400 hours because he didnt like the idea of a tourest parking in the lot. I have photos of my placard and vehicle parked no signs on the parking space were posted saying I could not park in that spot. To top it off the tow company verbally abused my spouse and I holding our rental car ransom until we paid cash only 265 but not change 270, plus a uber 44 dollars to pick up our rental from another abusive language employee at tow company. I am hoping some leadership reach out to me so I can pass this information off.

I paid $40 to park in a lot for 12+ hours. My vehicle was towed from a spot within 4 hours by a tow company that was not listed on the signage where "pay here" is posted. Tow company listed had no awareness of my vehicle towed. The person I spoke to once I learned it was A & H Towing berating me, called me names, then began harassing me via text message. I said I would not engage with him any longer and he continued to text me with derogatory messages. Tow companies don't traditionally have positive reputations but the extent of this person's attempt to belittle and harass me was extreme. He referenced simple human comments like "bye Felicia" and behaved quite childish. He continued to attempt to call and continued to call me several times after I said I would no longer engage with him. He also yelled at me as if he was in an authoritative position, which is harassment. Harassment definition: "aggressive pressure or intimidation". This person exemplifies intimidation. I fear for my safety when I retrieve my vehicle in the morning. The aggressive behavior is very intimidating for a single woman who has been abused in every way by my recent ex-spouse. I have never experienced this level of service in my life and I fear for my safety. The tow company listed at the "pay here" signage shows Tow Jamz. The details for parking in "white stalls" is located on the side and not visible from the signage that provides information as to how to pay to park. The spot I parked in did not display signage with a different tow company contact. I am in fear of my safety knowing that the incredibly unprofessional man I spoke to has access to my home address and garage remote for my home. Post office signage must be more clear and should anything happen to me I wish to document this publicly. The post office has selected a company that is threatening and incredibly unprofessional.

Tried to call 808-973-7515 but no one answers the phone. Is there a new mail carrier? I did not get a regular monthly bill 3 weeks ago. Last week I did not get my midweek. Yesterday I received an open Xmas card. Is my mail going to another Apt?

Our normal mail carrier recently retired...Congrats to her The new carrier has decided it is not necessary to call when residents have packages and has for the last 2 days....just dumped them in the lobby Please tell your carriers we have an intercom for a reason....they need to at least make the attempt to deliver to the correct party Thank you Jeff

Waikiki Post Office. I called 4 times to 808-973-7515, no answer. It was late in the afternoon, and the clerks were busy. I would suggest that the Post Office in Waikiki has a way to record my phone number and call me after 4:30 pm. My caregiver waited in the line for over 30 minutes, only to find out that she can not take delivery of my mail, even thought she had 3 picture IDs. I have been in bed at home, after 4 months at Tripler Hospital. Aloha. 45 years in Waikiki.

Does it cost anything to have your address changed if I go into the Waikiki post office because it cost a 1.10 online and I don't own a credit card.

I have been waiting for my package since 6:30 this morning it has now been on the truck for 13 hours. Waikiki is only 3.4 square miles; where could my package possibly be? I have been filing complaints now for months with the Waikiki post office... now I feel like I'm being targeted. The day before I tried to pick up my package at the post office because they said it couldn't be redelivered only to find that it was on a truck to be redelivered. Then an employee named Jen was extraordinarily rude to me because I was upset that they screwed up yet again. I expect more from a government employee.

Postal carrier named Chad was not wearing a mask and cussed out me and several other residents for wearing them. Got very aggressive and agitated. This man is unstable and probably requires medical attention

Carrier complaint My package was delivered to my neighbors house on 3/17/21! A few weeks ago I received mail for 5 different residents on our street! Tried to contact local post office in Waikiki, not successful. This is a violation of privacy when the postal delivery personnel are not mindful of delivering mail to the correct addresses. I hope other residents who received mail for other neighbors return their mail to the postal office for proper delivery. Please correct this issue. These are trying times and we do not need additional stress. Very dissatisfied resident.

I have a peach noticed recived date January 29th, 2021. On Saturday the 30th I went to the Waikiki Post office to be treated rahter rudely, I was told we only have one package. The focument states there are two. I shook my head and said this is really not nice. I was forced to carry the item on my medical device, our post woman is a short Asian woman in her late fifties early, early sixties! I could see why a package with two 20"×24" maybe too heavy for her. But even with my disability I can handle it. Sad the system is unable to locate the package. So I have to go back in person. I will file a police report, and notify the FBI if necessary mail theft is a serious crime and so is art theft! Tgis post office needs an over haul it looks warn out and tired as well as the customer service is lacking. This is the 'face' of the postal service in America for foreiners when visiting. Sad but true! I will also file a complaint! I will not be pushed around.
