My package is going back and forth ewa beach to Phoenix and not being delivered to Wittmann Arizona 85361.

I mailed a flat rate box to Ewa Beach, it was delivered on Nov 18th at 7:30am by a postal carrier. It was witnessed that rather than set the box at the door they hucked it towards the door breaking one item inside. I had marked the box on ALL sides WITH RED FRAGILE stickers. Why would I do that? Well, there were some fragile items in the box. Sadly my son in law did not take a picture of the broken item, just cleaned up the mess and now I am out the money. Thank you postal carrier for your diligence.
