My mail has repeatedly been left at my neighbors home. I have contacted the West Point Post Office regarding this issue. However, I went to the contact us option on the webpage & received an immediate response. So if you're having a I would advise you to go this route verses contacting the local office. It is the same mail carrier that is continuing this unacceptable behavior.

I have called and called and no one has answered the phone. That’s very bad customer service. I need to contact some one about my mail I’m not receiving

I just moved to this area and received a welcome home package from Wayfair including gift cards and other coupons to local businesses inside. These packages are distributed by the local post office, per wayfair home office. Someone at the West Point post office who is familiar with what comes in these packages, opened mine and took multiple gift cards out. All comments about this post office state the same problem.

As per SOP you get half yours and then have to deliver to your neighbors. Packages and mail left in the elements on the steps or mail box left open

I mailed my daughter's birthday card from this location and someone opened the card to see if there was money in the envelope. It caused the card to arrive late and damaged.

I wanted to inform someone about theft of merchandise out of packages that I've ordered , this has occurred twice and I'm very upset about this. It is a felony to open up someone's mail.
