If you have a choice of going to another PO in town, do it. There is a manager who is absolutely on of the most loud, belittling, and aggressive people I've ever met. If there is an issue with your mail, either suck it up or call corporate because trying to solve it out with her will probably end up with that Napoleon Complex poster child chewing you out because her employees don't know how to do their job, but she expects for you to.

I've had my mail delivered to this Post Office for 27 years. Invariably, I find the staff efficient, courteous, and friendly. Of course they are human and occasional mis-box mail. Everyone makes an occasional mistake. But their service during the holiday mailing time is truly exceptional. I've never had any complaints. Even the other customers who come and go are polite, always holding the door for others and saying hello. With all the dysfunction in society today, I find it a pleasure to use this Post Office.

I have called three times to complain about package delivery problems. We have never had a problem until this year. Came home from a trip to find a package sticking 2 ft out side the mail box soaking wet from rain. Ordered a vacuum hose said it was delivered, yes it was but not to me. We were home all day. They did find the hose after much hassle. Next we were missing a box with linens never to be found. Last week went to end of driveway and found large box next to mail box sitting on grass street side.twice now boxes have been left on the bottom of the 4 steps basically spilling on driveway. We live in a gated community but really left on street is not ok. The problem here is that no one is insuring packages. If post office says they delivered it then you are out of luck you are stuck paying for some thing you did not receive. I requested that a signature be required many companies will not do this. I would much rather have my package delivered to the post office or a ups office that go through all this hassle and expense.

I took a package to be returned to a store to the Eisenhower PO on 12 April 2016 and after trying to track it for 8 days, went back to the post office and asked where my package was. The reason, they said, that it was still sitting in the post office was that "often the trucks are too full to take another package", and the clerk said she would call me at 5 PM today to let me know if they had found my package. She did not call. Her name is Pat. So, I went in and she gave me a piece of paper that is supposed to indicate that they (Fed Ex, she said) did pick it up today before noon.) I will see if I can track it now and if I cannot or if it does not mysteriously reach it's destination, I will report it here to the public.
I will never take anything to this post office again, I consider them to be unreliable.
