Had a very bad experience with this post office. They refused to deliver a package saying it was too heavy (it was a garage door opener) and I was in a rural delivery zone. My problem is that this should have been told to the sender and should have been on the package tracking notice. Instead the notice said “ mailbox full” request redelivery and then when redelivery didn’t happen-no communication. Filed a claim and had to follow up that with a call to the office. Then was told the truth of the situation. They resolved the issue saying delivery was refused which is not accurate. If you don’t want to deliver don’t accept the order. And don’t expect my support for your continued service. Mail delivery may be going the way of the dinosaurs. Too bad.

The Tracking Number: 420314059400108205497277239755 Tells me, "Your item was delivered to the front desk, reception area, or mail room at 11:16 am on March 23, 2020 in SAVANNAH, GA 31405." Yet your operator just told me on the phone, "The package was delivered to your front desk". What is the actual location of my package?

I live in southbridge. sav.,ga. Lately mail delivery has been erratic. I am not getting Khabar magazine from ATL. and India Abroad from NEWYORK. Please check this problem. Lots of people living in Southbridge are having these problems.
